El cuarto a pesar de ser para estancias largas está muy básico. Al igual, no funcionaba la caldera del hotel, por lo tanto no había agua caliente para bañarse. No nos volveremos a quedar aquí.

Unacceptable

There were no towels except a dirty floor towel, no hot water, a dirty sink area, the sink was clogged, water escaped from below the sink and smelled like sewer water. Air escaped from the shower and smelled like sewer water and the building smelled like a gas leak. You can hear every noise through the doors and into other rooms even downstairs in reception. DO NOT STAY HERE. The room was dirty and without basic function. I spoke with an employee who said a manager would call me but never called. No refund. No apology.

We only spent the night there. And we only had interaction with the clerk for the stay, on both occasions we were not treated with kindness, nor considerations, were never greeted.
