Have been several times this year for business. Service is very good based on mexican standards. Rooms are a bit timed out. Some rooms have flat screen others not. Internet can be slow in some rooms. Very good business center. Nice garden, pool and gym. Be aware, on Saturday and Sunday marriages and other parties can make it hard to sleep. Restaurant is definitely overpriced. Room service is good. All together I recommend it if compared with other similar hotels in town.

This is a nice, upscale, hotel. Lots of marble and western feel. The standard rooms are huge, with three distinct areas. The bathroom is as big as some hotels' rooms. There was a walk in shower with glass walls overlooking a jetted large tub. The bed was large and very comfortable, and had four large pillows to add to the comfort. My room was on the front ground floor, facing the courtyard. Some colleagues had rooms higher up and towards the back. They mentioned the train noise that others have noted in reviews. I heard none of that, so you may want to pick a room location similar to mine. I only noticed a little conversation noise as guests walked though the the courtyard at night, but I was actually surprised at how little I could hear it, being so close. The breakfasts were in a nice restaurant setting, and had good choices. Leave plenty of time to check out in the morning...the process is heavily manual, and takes some time. It would be nice to have rapid checkout. I would definitely stay here again.

Mu family and I stayed at this hotel in Saltillo, Coahuila. It is quiet and clean, great service and food was good. The decoration is definitely different and unconventional but it is nice to stay at a place that brings the charm of the city to life!

this was my second stay and it meets and exceeds everything needed Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff that go above what is expected. Very clean rooms and so comfortable décor is very nice Breakfast are very good and the bar attendants so willing to do whatever it takes to please the customers

Rooms are very pretty and the service is really good. Everything is really clean. Probably best hotel to stay in this small town. I highly recommend it. It is expensive compared to other hotels in Saltillo

The rooms are very nicely decorated and the staff is very friendly. I was placed in a nice suite room with a very comfortable bed. The workout room is nice, but small. The do have a variety of cardio equipment and free weights.

Hotel with very high standing regarding rooms appearance. Breakfast very various and suitable to very different guests. Personnel kind and focused on customer. Only one suggestion, remember always to write amount of the tip, somebody tells you that you forgot it, somebody not.Only to avoid unpleasant surprises at the moment of checkout. In the end, good place to stay!

Best hotel in Saltillo, not cheap, but has the best service and amenities. From sparkling wine while checking in to a full Gym to work out in. Nice garden to sit and read. Large spacious rooms with large bathrooms, the higher rates room includes whirlpool bathtubs. Nice robes and slippers to put on after a soothing bath. The buffet breakfast is the best out there. I hear it is great for weddings and events, has large separate section for events. You can't hear any noise from the rooms. Very well located close to the city and all the industrial parks. Most transnational companies have their employees stay there for location.

Let me start by saying that i was awestruck with the room decor & size when i entered it first time. You will be treated with beautiful original paintings on the wall, super size vase, wooden furniture that exudes class & offcourse a lovely bed. Even more beautiful is the bathroom which is huge as well housing a bathtub, a shower cabinet & WC. Words don't do the justice so i am uploading snaps as well to do the talking. Pros: - Super Luxurious & comfortable - Good variety at the Breakfast - Hotel Staff very friendly Cons: - Hotel Staff english is not the best so make sure to double check if they understand you well. Once they do, they will not disappoint you. - Not an amazing view outside the room i was staying - Construction going on next to it so the beauty of being in a not so crowded place is going to change in a year or so. But if you are in Saltillo, no other hotel offers you this service & quality. It will be a mistake to not get an experience with hotel.

Stayed here for business. Company rate was very good. Rooms a nice - western style. Nothing special but clean. Walls seem pretty thin - easy to hear people in next room. Try to stay away from rooms at the back of the hotel since you can hear the trains blasting their horns when they go by all night. Had one meal in the restaurant that was very good. Also liked the breakfast. They actually had crispy bacon that was crispy. Public areas of the hotel are really nice and pool/courtyard area very well maintained with nice landscaping.
