Rooms are very pretty and the service is really good. Everything is really clean. Probably best hotel to stay in this small town. I highly recommend it. It is expensive compared to other hotels in Saltillo
The rooms are very nicely decorated and the staff is very friendly. I was placed in a nice suite room with a very comfortable bed. The workout room is nice, but small. The do have a variety of cardio equipment and free weights.
Hotel with very high standing regarding rooms appearance. Breakfast very various and suitable to very different guests. Personnel kind and focused on customer. Only one suggestion, remember always to write amount of the tip, somebody tells you that you forgot it, somebody not.Only to avoid unpleasant surprises at the moment of checkout. In the end, good place to stay!
Best hotel in Saltillo, not cheap, but has the best service and amenities. From sparkling wine while checking in to a full Gym to work out in. Nice garden to sit and read. Large spacious rooms with large bathrooms, the higher rates room includes whirlpool bathtubs. Nice robes and slippers to put on after a soothing bath. The buffet breakfast is the best out there. I hear it is great for weddings and events, has large separate section for events. You can't hear any noise from the rooms. Very well located close to the city and all the industrial parks. Most transnational companies have their employees stay there for location.
Let me start by saying that i was awestruck with the room decor & size when i entered it first time. You will be treated with beautiful original paintings on the wall, super size vase, wooden furniture that exudes class & offcourse a lovely bed. Even more beautiful is the bathroom which is huge as well housing a bathtub, a shower cabinet & WC. Words don't do the justice so i am uploading snaps as well to do the talking. Pros: - Super Luxurious & comfortable - Good variety at the Breakfast - Hotel Staff very friendly Cons: - Hotel Staff english is not the best so make sure to double check if they understand you well. Once they do, they will not disappoint you. - Not an amazing view outside the room i was staying - Construction going on next to it so the beauty of being in a not so crowded place is going to change in a year or so. But if you are in Saltillo, no other hotel offers you this service & quality. It will be a mistake to not get an experience with hotel.
Stayed here for business. Company rate was very good. Rooms a nice - western style. Nothing special but clean. Walls seem pretty thin - easy to hear people in next room. Try to stay away from rooms at the back of the hotel since you can hear the trains blasting their horns when they go by all night. Had one meal in the restaurant that was very good. Also liked the breakfast. They actually had crispy bacon that was crispy. Public areas of the hotel are really nice and pool/courtyard area very well maintained with nice landscaping.
I've stayed here a few times on business. Well appointed with grand rooms. The gym is a little to be desired. Service is excellent as is the food in the restaurant. The property is super clean and very safe. It was definitely an oasis in Saltillo and the staff were very attentive. Would definitely stay there again
I was able to enjoy dinner at the bar one with colleagues following meetings at the hotel. We were a large group and the bartender was great. Many margaritas, much tequila and wine made for a great evening. Everyone ordered one or two items from the menu, there was both a bar menu and the full menu from the dining room. Everything was ample and delicious. Our bartender was very knowledgeable about Mexican wines and tequila. He was amicable to changes to the menu selections. There is a large screen TV that can be a bit loud but we were obliged when we asked to turn it down a bit.
Very nice and luxirious hotel in sailtillo. Must be the best hotel in the city. the garden is beautifull with a small swiming pool (the only bad point is the size and the depth of the swimingpool). The suite is lovely with a jaccuzi. The bed is very nice and the room aspect is perfect!
Stone entryway, with soaring ceilings and tasteful artwork gives way to green courtyard with pool, fountain, and gardens. Room was huge, with a working area with large desk, bathroom with every possible desired amenity (from toothbrush to robe to slipper to shoe polish to sewing kit), and soft sheets on a comfortable bed. Staff was wonderful, warm greeting, helpful with luggage, very eager to please. Coffee and breakfast following morning were efficient and delicious. A great value tucked away in Saltillo.
