Room was clean, the heater worked well, fair spread of breakfast. Only issue was there was no hot water when running the shower around 7pm. We ended up waking around 2am and the water was somewhat warm.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Staff was kind at check in.Breakfast eggs were perfectly cooked and sausage was tasty. We were passing through, and this was perfect. Pillows could use a refresh.

Yes very,very clean rooms ! But don't forget germs are invisible so you also need not only surface but airborne spray ( mist) in the room s & hallway s because of a severe Flu season. Not blaming you guys for my flu( couple days a go ,so all was great , good job !

We awoke in the morning to shower and there was no hot water. I let or run for ten minutes and no hot water. Waited for awhile then tried again. No hot water. I called the front desk to report this and there was no answer. We had to leave to catch our flight and on the way out we reported it to the front desk and they had just reset the boiler and said we would have hot water in a couple hours. There was no way we could wait around. I asked the clerk if there was a way to adjust our bill and because we booked our stay through a third party (hotels.com), they couldnt do anything for us. We took our bags out to the car and went back in for the breakfast. As soon as we opened the door the fire alarm went off and the hotel was being evacuated. We gave up and left. When we checked in the night before, I was happy with the hotel, the service, and the room. It all fell apart in the morning.

The room was spotless and the bed was comfortable! We were grateful for the restaurant, notjinf spectacular but good service and smiling faces. The check in was easy, the young lady at the desk hunted down a cart for our luggage and kept my freezer packs in the freezer for me! We left way too early for breakfast so I can't talk about that experience. All round great, we'll be back!

It was very misleading, they placed an empty food tray with cover, and i noticed most people expected scrambled eggs or whatever hot food in there, but it was empty. If they lazy to cook, then don’t leave the empty tray on the counter. The hard boiled eggs was with shells and not cleaned up. Only bagels were there. Anyway, I was extremely disappointed with their breakfast and wish I didn’t even come down for it.
