Very welcoming! Host was attentive to our needs when we checked in. Location is great! Close to a lot of different things. Need to have more wash cloths. I could only find 2 or 3 for baths and showers. Loved the outside yard and fire pit.

Highly recommended, great house for large families

Our experience with this property was wonderful. We stayed a few years ago and wanted to definitely stay again. The new updates are terrific. Beautiful home and very comfortable. Clean, plenty of room, and well stocked especially the kitchen. Thank you Joseph for sharing your beautiful home.

Perfect Home Away From Home

A wonderful home to stay at. It was located in a great neighborhood, close to amenities. After a long day at work, we loved relaxing and winding down. The home was comfortable and had everything we needed. The pictures on the website are exactly as the home is. The host was fantastic and provided us with wonderful suggestions and very responsive. I would highly recommend staying here if you are in the area.

Overall good with some inconveniences

Booked this VRBO to house a bunch of family for a local wedding, including the bride. Check in was good, except the screen door on the front was locked so we couldn’t use the key and had to figure out how to get in for several minutes before going around the side of the house to find a door that fit the key. House was very basically clean but not deep cleaned and much of the furniture and bathrooms were outdated but useable. But, we had plenty of room! Lots of space to gather and be with each other. Fenced back yard was awesome! Right next to a busy street and we had to open windows because it was pretty hot upstairs and we weren’t able to control the heating or cooling. To be fair, we were so busy we didn’t take the time to ask the host to help or fix. So that’s on us. The big dining table was pretty beat up and rickety. One of the young adults sat on a chair and one of its legs just fell right off. All the rest of the chairs were in pretty bad shape. Overall, this property met our needs. However for the huge price tag, I had hoped for much better quality and cleanliness.

Family Wedding

Your home was perfect for our family! We had so much space to gather and prepare for our daughter's wedding. The bedrooms were comfortable and well supplied with pillows and blankets. Everything we needed was available in the kitchen along with staples in the cabinets. Thank you for your quick responses to our questions before and during the stay. I highly recommend your home for a family needing lots of space! Thank you also for the Christmas decorations. What a nice added touch!

Wonderful Stay in South Jordan

Our experience with this property was fantastic! It's in a great location, and we all fit comfortably the whole week. The host was very easy to communicate with and was always looking for ways to accommodate.

Highly recommend this beautiful home.

Property is exactly as described. The owner is great, quick in response ,and very accommodating. This is home was perfect for our large family. The back yard is secure and great for kids and pets. Check in/ out was simple and quick. This home is very comfortable and everything worked well . It’s a great home for large families. The dining table was terrific for family dinners. Worth the stay

The home gets a four for cleanliness because of the leftovers in the couch seats, which is easily missed when previous guests don’t follow rules and eat on the furniture. One wouldn’t think to clean there, if you trust people. Not blaming the owner at all… Home is very large and works well. The three bed comb is right next to each other with no access to the other room without walking through the first three bed-room. If you have more adults then children it becomes an issue on do the parents sleep on the twins in the comb rooms. If you have more than three children it would be perfect place to have the kids in one place. The upstairs with the majority of the bedrooms is absolutely gorgeous and spectacular. The queen size on the main floor has the most comfortable bed. There was plenty of towels and items. We didn’t use the kitchen for cooking, so I’m unable to comment on that. The owner was very helpful and gave us lots of suggestions for food. All in all I still recommend this amazing place and owner.

Worked great for our large group!

We had a great stay at the property. The location is super convenient to getting up to skiing, local amenities, and nearby attractions. We hit up the local hot spring as well. Communication was great and check out was a breeze (no extensive list of things to do upon checkout that is common among many vacation rentals).

Great base for skiing in the Cottonwoods

The house was great for our group to use as the base for our Cottonwood skiing adventures. About 30 minutes to Snowbird and Alta and 45 minutes to Solitude and Brighton. Lots of beds made sleeping arraignments easy and comfortable and the common areas are large enough for everyone to relax comfortably.

Excellent place to stay with a big group

Lovely home close to all the mountains. Great for a big group. We had three families and each family had a bathroom. Just wish there was a bathroom downstairs but otherwise was great. Flagging that the shower temps get funny when more that one person is showering at a time. I think the cleaners could do a slightly better job of getting the dust out of the ceiling fans and some of the high ceiling areas that you can see from the stairs. I think they could be more stocked in the kitchen with bowls, plates and cook wear. But otherwise great place! Thanks again!

Home Away From Home

We were in town to visit with family for a special occasion and used this home for my family and mothers for a couple nights. We were also able to entertain my siblings and a few friends who wanted to see us. The home well suited for our needs. Simple, straight forward, no unnecessary frills. Very comfortable, everything worked well, and we really enjoyed our stay.

We rented this house to support a group of boys participating in ODP soccer tryouts in herriman. Boys each had a bed in the basement and plenty of space to rest and refuel between sessions. Proximity to the RSL academy, airport, and lots of dining options helped make this a great choice. Kitchen was small, but we were able to cook several “team” meals. Laundry was awesome and being able to cleaning training gear between sessions was a huge help. Would rent again for future trips to SLC.

Great place, would stay again

Check in was super easy and the host was very easy to communicate with. The house is in a central, convenient location; but it is on a main road so it's a bit loud outside during the day. However, the backyard is fully fenced so it was easy to let kids and pets outside to play. While there are plenty of bedrooms, there were 7 single beds and 4 king/queen beds. My family is older and has a lot of couples, so it would have been nice to have 1 more queen bed instead of a room with 2 singles. They provided lots of extra blankets for those who like to snuggle, the couches were comfy, and they had board games and streaming services available for entertainment. There was 1 bathroom that wasn't cleaned well when we arrived, but the rest of the spaces were great. The check out process was quick and simple. Overall, it's a great place and I would stay again.
