Toilet seat was broken, 2 light fixtures has burned out bulbs, and elevator was broken one night. Staff was rude when asked about elevator (no note was posted)
The property is well maintained and everything is clean. We found the house cleaning crew, however, to be rude, impatient and inconsiderate of guests by carrying on conversations with one another while blocking the elevators with their carts at inopportune times (breakfast time when our hands are full).
The old lady at the front desk is rude, if you don’t like your job don’t work there, I tried having patience but don’t be mean I know it sucks being there for hours but try being nice. Other than that the rest of the staff was amazing:)
So far so good. And, the hot tub and pool open and very clean. Very happy!!!

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at LaQuinta. We have stayed here before on different occasions and have always had a great experience! The only suggestion we have for this stay would be to heat the swimming pool better as it was colder than in times past!
Super cute and clean! Great location right off the freeway & close to shopping/restaurants. Solo traveler and felt very safe!

Alwaus love our stay here. Only down fall is I think, when we come with dogs our room tends to be smaller than when we come with out. Other then that always happy!
Had to wait 40 minutes to check in. The property and rooms were fairly clean and the staff was nice. The beds were comfortable. The workout room had a decent stationary bicycle. The room layout was not very good and the bathrooms are small. There isn’t enough parking when the hotel is full.
Mostly, a very nice room. The bed was as hard as a rock. Very uncomfortable. We were in room 314. Everything else was very nice. But a bad bed was a major detraction as the main purpose of the stay was to get a good night's sleep. Which we did not.
Easy access off of I15
Walls are seriously thin. Had to listen to partiers till 4:45 am. The shower is set up backwards. You have to stand under the shower head to turn it on so you're in cold water till it heats up. Maid service never showed up. We left at 9:30 am, put the maid service request on the door. Returned at 5:00 pm, no service. We got our own towels and TP.
This hotel is in a great location, and staff was friendly, but the room was not as clean as it should have been. Lots of dust, a stain on the carpet and office chair, and fingerprints on the floor length mirror and wall decor.
