No option for low fan on A/C. Too loud in the room. There was a youth sports team staying simultaneously and were running amok in the pool area - eating pizza in the pool. It was gross. Not supervised by parents and staff were not getting involved so it was escalating.

It was a good trip except on the third day of our five day trip the cool air and fan stopped working. Walls are also paper thin. My 13 year old unfortunately left his chain with cross on the counter before going into the pool. He didn’t realize until two days later and it was gone. We looked everywhere when packing for home. It was no where to be found. We believe the girl that came in to do the housekeeping swiped the necklace. We put in a report to housekeeping in which they said they would look into it but sadly we had left back for home without it. Watch your belongings!

We had a 3 night stay at the property. The A/C did not work in our room when we arrived. The staff moved us to another room. Shortly after we moved, they called us to tell us they need to move us to yet another room, because the room "they" put us in was booked. The young lady at front desk AM shift had a horrible attitude and should not work in hospitality. Poorly ran hotel, won't stay there again. The restaurant however, was superb, top service and food.

The staff is exceptional! Shout out to Alexis at reception, Cindy wait staff in the 1905 restaurant was wonderful and the housekeeping staff prompt, courteous! The day spa was lovely and shout out to Jill who is an amazing masseuse. Highly recommend this resort and would stay again! Thank you!

Improvements

Water pressure low for showers needs to improve. Only one elevator in hotel so guests & staff have to share. Strongly suggest service elevator for employees.

Very slow checkin, staff did not seem to know what was going on. Could not eat dinner at the restaurant because we were told there were no staff and the kitchen was too backed up. No patio in our room when most of the others had. For the price of the hotel- almost $400 per night in salmon arm we were quite disappointed. The lobby was nice and so was the gym but the rest of the hotel was very tired and dated.

Beautiful hotel with excellent dining choices in the hotel and surround downtown area. Walking distance to all amenities and the boardwalk. Great service by the staff, rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable

Great breakfast if ordering benny, 2nd day I couldn't get toast with my breakfast. A dry piece of bread with my egg was sufficient to somebody. The brewpub was too cold from air-conditioning to sit inside but the outside tables were reserved. We had to leave. Outside walkways needed maintenance for sure. All in all, nice places to walk. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Great property, amenities and location

This property offers the best in accomodations. A great location on lakefront, comfortable , clean roms with good amenities, lots of parking, an indoor-outdoor pool and hot tub, one of the best fitness centres I've ever encounterd at a hotel. There are three places for food and beverages: a pub, dining rom and cafe of the lobby. And gold star employees--from check-in, through encounters with housekeeping, restaurant and facility staff, employees were friendly, approachable and helpful. A NOTE for EV owners: this Inn has 2 EV chargers BUT no where on Hotels.com, does it list those. Nor do they show up on the various apps for EV charging. I was taking my car to a poublic parking lot with chargers two blocks away and only discovered the two hotel chargers on my last morning, by chance.

My husband and I stayed here we were on a motorcycle road trip. I liked that we had no issue parking our bikes safely out front near the front doors. The hotel is nice, its clean, staff were good. The spa was just wonderful! The one complaint I have is that I booked a balcony room with a king sized bed and no where on the booking did it tell me the balcony was shared with 2 neighboring suites. Even if there was a bit of a privacy divider that would have been nice. Ourselves along with all our neighbors found that awkward. No where on the booking was the information provided that it was shared and the photos make it look like it isn't. This was really misleading and apparently our neighbors found the same when they booked as well. If we had of known that it was a shared balcony we would have booked a different room or asked for an upgrade and paid the difference for a private balcony. We did double check back to the reservation and the website and confirmed that this information was not provided nor shown in photos. This was disappointing.
