the previous reviews on the docket tells it all very poor front desk personnel. if you want anything or questions after hours or if you want to check out early, you ‘d be lucky to get someone at the desk and when they show up they are unkempt and you have wake them up. never mind they have no info to help if you have a question. the manager was the most helpful. i requested some services as we were staying for 2 days, and even though i got an agreeable response imagine getting in my room at midnight the second night and nothing was done. if you are travelling to this town pick this as your last resort. although our room was decent i can't vouch for the others. i think what makes or breaks a hotel is the staff. the checkin guy was terrible. they need to get rid of him. breakfast is not what the wyndham is claiming to be. low quality. its a no frill and i mean no frill or extra supplies.noo kleenex, soap that looks like wafer and the shampoo was like a condiment pkg the towels are small and some thread bare. bad lighting int he bathroom. the dryer didn’t work. just a place to sleep and move on if you are in a bind.

The complimentary breakfast was a joke. There were a couple of pieces of bread for toast, yogurt, small pks of cereal, and not a lot of any of it. We had to get our room keys re-booted every day. After the first night I asked for extra pillows and blankets, which never came. The room was clean and nicely decorated, and the beds were comfortable. And no, we wouldnt stay there again.

I don't know exactly what got to me about this place, but I walked into my room and everything just felt icky. I tried to use anything in the room as little as possible, just incase I caught something icky. My room was also facing the highway, and it was noisy till late, and started early the next morning. Next time in Salmon Arm I'll choose someway else to lay my head.

Typical Super 8. Bathroom fixtures were falling apart. Floors were newer and clean. Bed linens were clean.

Entire hotel smelled like body odor. Room was very dated. Carpets were stained everywhere. Asked for a hair dryer 3 times! Ended up waiting at the front desk for them to grab it. Continental breakfast was awful and very limited selection.

Front desk clerk was rude. Couldn't care less about his customers. Enough soap, shampoo, towels for one person. No kleenex. Seemed like because we had a cheaper rate through Expedia we got the shaft!

Bathroom was dirty, walls have splatters all over them, looks like mold in the tub. Dead bolt barly locked and the upper sucure lever wasnt there and had holes to where it was ripped out numerous times. Chair fabric was so stain we didnt want to sit on them. Hair in the sheets. Bed was comfortable and there was flooring, thank God as I can't imgine if it had carpet. We checked in at 12:30am as late getting out of Vancouver, staff was very slow coming to the door, barly spoke and seemed annoyed we were late. We will never stay here again.

The one good thing about this property is that the beds were clean and good condition. The place was so rundown and dirty. The hallways were dimly lit and smelled terrible. The security in our window was a stick and a screen was missing. There’s no way I would take my shoes off in there it’s everywhere the floor just felt so dirty. I would not recommend staying here unless you are desperate.
