Located in a 19th-century building with plenty of character, it is the ideal place to enjoy peaceful moments with family or friends.



Just a stone's throw from the gentle buzz of the town of Saint Martin, this bright 84 m² duplex has a capacity of 6 people. It offers excellent amenities. Its 3 bedrooms, located upstairs, are arranged as follows:

Bedroom 1 – master suite: 1 King-size bed of 180 cm - Duvet + 2 square pillows - 1 private bathroom with a multi-jet shower – a work area

Bedroom 2: 1 Double bed of 140 cm - 2 square pillows

Bedroom 3: 2 Single beds of 90 cm - 2 square pillows

Emplacement parfait proche du port à pied Belles balades à vélo, plage, restaurants, courses : nous avons posé notre voiture toute la semaine au parking (place réservée pour l’appartement duplex) Le logement est en plus d’être très beau, très bien équipé. La conciergerie était au top aussi. Nous avons vraiment passé un merveilleux séjour.!
