Located in a late 18th century building in the heart of Saint Martin, this charming duplex apartment is the only accommodation, it can accommodate up to 6 people in exceptional comfort. The apartment is particularly neat, spacious and quiet: The living room is composed of a large 3-seater sofa and 2 armchairs (leather set), a large flat screen, unlimited Internet access and an original reading corner The kitchen is very spacious and fully equipped (dishwasher, oven, multi-function oven, induction hob, fridge, freezer, washing machine, coffee maker, vacuum cleaner etc ...) The bedrooms, a master bedroom with bathroom and 160cm bed, a second with 160cm bed, and a third with two 90cm beds, benefit from excellent bedding. The bathroom has a spacious shower, a basin and a toilet.

Superb apartment, perfectly located in the city center!

We were a family of five and stayed in this clean and nicely renovated apartment for two weeks and absolutely loved it! The living area is situated on 2nd and 3rd floor. The large kitchen has all appliances needed if you want to cook at home although you have a market at 3 min walk with several caterers if you prefer to take away. The living room is very cosy with a big TV screen. The three bedrooms are huge and comfy. Two nice bathrooms, one on each floor. The windows are double pane so you don't hear any noise coming from the street which was great as I'm particularly sensitive to it. Shops and restaurants are right next door which is really convenient. Wifi was fine all along. Overall, this apartment had everything we liked and we'll come back for sure!
