Not accurately described as there was no availablity of a garage and no mention of bed linen/towels not provided as a standard feature and had to be obtained additionally to the rental or provided by the renter as we did. It could be useful to mention access to the mezzanine was by steep stairs so access could be difficult for those with mobility problems. The Host was very helpful with information about parking and local amenities. Good security at property and excellent location.

Die Wohnung liegt am Rand von St. Martin an der Stadtmauer, man ist in 5 Minuten am Hafen mit Markt, Bars und Restaurants. Sie ist klein, hat aber alles, was man braucht. Ein kostenfreier Parkplatz für das Auto steht etwas außerhalb ca. 300m zur Verfügung. Für Fahrräder ist die Garage unter dem Haus vorgesehen. Mit E-Bikes ist der Zugang über Treppen nicht machbar. Wir haben sie auf der Terrasse vor dem Appartement abgestellt. Ein Pool direkt vor dem Appartement kann mitbenutzt werden.
