At Saint Brévin L'Océan, this apartment with its feet in the sand and eyes fixed on the Ocean welcomes you for a stay less than 100 metres from the sea! In all weathers, come and enjoy its view of the dunes, pines and the "Plage de l'Ermitage" to relax as a couple or with friends!



The 50m² apartment is located in a family residence well known in the L'Ermitage district "Sea & Sun" which is situated at the edge of "The Forest of the Harnessed Stone" the department's unique dune forest and facing the sea. It has a bedroom with a double bed (140) and a bunk bed, as well as a sofa bed in the living room, thus able to accommodate up to 4 people.



The living room with TV gives access to a balcony with ocean views. The independent kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances so you feel at home: induction hob, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, filter and pod coffee maker (Nespresso), dishwasher, toaster, kettle, citrus press, blender, mincer, etc.

The rental also has a washing machine and a hairdryer. A bathroom with WC completes the rental. For maximum comfort you have an outdoor parking space and the common areas of the residence which include a library, table tennis table and outdoor play area for children.
