Located just 450m from the Ocean beach, its shops, casino, bars and restaurants, this family house of 146m², hidden in a wooded enclosed park of 3000m² can accommodate up to 9 people.
Built at the beginning of the last century, the villa is impressive due to its charm and particular architectural style typical of seaside villas of the time. The house has received an in-depth renovation that already makes it a very comfortable villa. Additional equipment is planned very soon.
The house consists on the ground floor of an independent kitchen equipped with gas hobs (new kitchen from 1 May 2025), a fridge-freezer, a microwave, an oven, a filter coffee maker, a gain coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle and all the necessary kitchen equipment. Two twin lounges join the dining room which gives access to the terrace. A bedroom and a bathroom with WC complete this level. The upstairs has three double bedrooms, two with a bathroom and then a master suite with bathroom and WC.
Available to you are a hairdryer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. You will have four private parking spaces in the park.
