La Goélette is a bright apartment located on the 1st floor (with elevator) of a residence surrounded by green spaces, 300 m from the beach and shops, and 50 m from a large park.
Private underground parking.
Completely renovated in 2023, it consists of a living room with an open-plan fitted kitchen opening onto an 8 m² north/west-facing terrace, 1 bedroom (180x200 cm bed that can be separated into two 90x200 cm beds) located at the rear with a view of the residence's wooded garden, a shower room, and a separate toilet. An additional bed is available in the comfortable sofa bed in the living room (140x200 cm - please notify us when booking).
Amenities included: baby equipment, freezer compartment.
Included: electric heating, electricity. Not included: Sheets, towels, end-of-stay cleaning (€40), and tourist tax.
Non-smoking cottage.
