A beautiful, stylish and charming ocean front apartment with panoramic ocean &river views. No beach pass needed! Patio, grass backyard, bike path & personal parking lot. Fully equipped kitchen, LR,DR, & Washer/Dryer. Minutes drive to downtown; enjoy specialty shops, estaurants in Sea Bright & local beach towns: Long Branch, Asbury Park, Red Bank, Sandy Hook, and Pier Village. Nearby Seastreak NYC ferries as well as Sandy Hook National Park.
Check in is anytime after 3 pm, check out is by 11 AM
The space
Our beach house is beautiful, spacious and stylishly furnished, 2 BRs (queen size abd Full size) and with the additional sofa bed can easily accommodate 4 guests, 2 peoples on separate beds.
This is the 2 BRs penthouse apartment, on the second floor. If you would like to rent both ocean front apartments with 4 bedrooms please contact me and we will accommodate you.
Guest access
Private parking spots in gravel driveway behind the house. 2 parking spots are reserved for you. Please limit to 2 cars. River views from the house as well as patio, front deck and backyard. Ocean view from throughout the house. Access to beach is right in front of the house. No beach pass required. Please note that there is No lifeguard on our beach. There are lifeguards at the public beach . Please swim in the ocean where there is a lifeguard.
Once you are on the beach, please notice the dune grass along the shoreline and don't walk over the dune grass, but enter the beach where there is an opening only a few steps away.
Other things to note
Minimum 1 week rental, also available month to month for summer season or for long term winter rental October to April.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and an ironing board.

Great little place! Teresa was very easy to communicate with. Very responsive. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make breakfast and lunch. And it was so nice to have clean towels and some toiletries, especially because I forgot a few items.
