This is an absolutely beautiful place to stay -the accommodations Page and Derek provide are immaculate, comfortable, and gorgeously designed. This stay far exceeded our expectations -we wish we could have stayed longer(and next time we will!). Location on the east side of Lake Seneca provides easy access to some of the regions best wineries, stunning views, and fun country roads. Book here without hesitation. Enjoy!

Page & Derek’s place and hospitality were beyond expectations. Page provided many recommendations from our interests. We kayaked, hiked, visited breweries and many good restaurants. I highly recommend their perfect spot for any couple visiting the FLX.

We had an amazing stay for our 18th anniversary! The home is perfect in every way and Page and Derek are so hospitable to their guests.We were even able to have a tandem kayak delivered which we used in the lake right from the house. This was very convenient and fun! We enjoyed breakfast on the upstairs deck, sunset on the dock, and swimming in the lake. We would definitely return again!

It was one of best Vrbo’s we have been to. Well decorated with every amenity you could think of. It was very clean, the kitchen was well equipped and view was great. Paige was super helpful. Highly recommend!

This property was outstanding - felt like a brand new space and showed 0 "wear and tear". As a second floor apartment it had great light and views of Seneca Lake. Mini splits were more than adequate to keep the rooms cool despite very hot weather. I used the kitchen for several meals and it was well-stocked and spacious. Page was very welcoming and took an interest in my reason for visiting - the Ironman 70.3 triathlon - offering storage and access to swim in the lake and a hose to clean my gear. Overall this was an excellent stay and I look forward to returning next year!

So Idyllic!

My wife and I had a lovely stay at Page's place. Our visit began with a very comprehensive and helpful overview email from Page detailing the various wineries, breweries, restaurants, etc. in the region. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. The apartment had everything we needed to settle in. The views of the lake are amazing and we loved sitting out on the dock just relaxing and soaking up the sun. Page was very attentive and helpful throughout our entire visit. Couldn't recommend this VRBO more!

Perfect Anniversary Get-Away

We enjoyed everything about our stay! The apartment is clean, comfortable, and updated. The views from the deck were beautiful and sipping coffee in the mornings and drinking wine while watching the sunsets will be a favorite memory from our time at the Finger Lakes, among many others. This is the perfect little getaway for two. My husband and I really enjoyed the view of the lake, the overall comfort of the home and convenient location near wineries and waterfalls. We highly recommend this rental and hope to return soon.

Perfect couples getaway

Beautifully finished with a welcoming all around feel. Minutes from many wineries and breweries and plenty of great restaurants. Sitting on the dock enjoying evening sunsets after hiking was so relaxing. Highly recommend staying here. We will be back.
