The staff on arrival and the check-in was very professional and friendly. The room was as usual clean and comfortable. The main restaurant breakfast buffet was first class and the dinner was also very good. The dinner menu needs more options. I had ordered and received four cappuccinos and ALL were not even warm and had zero froth and was told by the staff that this is how it is served in Rome! Extremely disappointing and far from the truth based on other restaurants.

This hotel was s VERY overpriced. The room service was so high- I was charged 47.09e for a club sandwich. I heard other gusts complaining about the restaurant and the bar. The hot only was some of the time. The property was clean and quiet and I liked the location but there were many other hotels near by. I will not stay again but opt to stay at one of the many Hotels in the same location.

We loved being able to walk from the hotel to various shops, restaurants and attractions. The hotel staff were welcoming and very helpful being our first time to Rome. We ate at the coffee shop for breakfast and the Lounge one night for dinner and cocktails and all were great.

Loved my stay. Room was made available early after a long flight - which was very much appreciated. Room was clean, gorgeously fit out and with every amenity you could need. Located a short walk from Spanish Steps, there is plenty around to keep you busy. Loved the rooftop. Very peaceful place to spend the morning. One small disappointment was a restaurant concierge recommended. It was height of August and vacation time, so appreciate not that many options. However I saw a number of people from the hotel there, seems concierge could be a little more creative with their options. Overall had the best stay, and would recommend to everyone.
