First the good: 1) Location was fantastic. Literally steps from the Pantheon. 2) Space was roomy. There were 2 rooms in our apartment which made it more comfortable. Now the not so good: 1) It was 98* in Rome and the AC did not cool the apartment at all. We did not sleep the whole time we were there due to the heat. They did not seem to care much and just told us it was working in the rest of the building. 2) The shower is tiny. If you are any larger than average size you will not fit. Literally, you will not fit. Also, the temp control was impossible. The water was either ice cold or scalding hot, no in between. 3) If you have any mobility issues the stairs will be a huge problem. There is a tiny elevator (basically a service elevator) that can be used after you climb 32 marble steps. We had luggage because we just came off a long cruise. We had to carry it up and down those stairs and it was absolutely dangerous. You will need to decide if the good outweighs the bad. If we would have been there when it was 70* outside and cooler at night, and we would have only had backpacks, I suppose it would not have been as bad. The shower still would have been terrible though. With our circumstances (the heat and having luggage) this place was terrible for us.

Unbeatable location - 2 min walk from the Pantheon and tonnes of great restaurants. Apartment itself was very modern, clean and very suitable for our family of four (two kids - 10 and 14). Communication was fantastic via WhatsApp - very responsive and helpful, a professional company behind it all. They helped arrange airport transfers, recommendations and arranged a later check out for us when our flight was delayed. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

The location is superb (only one minute walk from the Pantheon, where there's a taxi-stand as well). A terrific view of Piazza Capranica. High ceilings (about 15 feet). Lots of towels provided (but a couple of dish-clothes would have been nice, as would a toaster). Excellent, prompt communication. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing stay with family. Not a hotel but more like apartment style room, but glad we chose it at the last minute. Right in the heart of all action, so close to Pantheon(100 mtrs) & Trevi Fountain(400 mtrs). Property manager Ryan was a nice guy to talk to and gave lot of useful information.

Odd set up with kitchen in bedroom but location is great. 37 stairs to get to the lift so if that's an issue avoid here otherwise we highly recommend this place with a piazza view and located near the best eateries and attractions.

The hotel itself was a historical piece built in 13th century! Staying in such an old building (renovated and furnished delightfully) was a treat. It was tight in the middle of the most famous attractions, all walking distance. Perfect for a first timer in Rome and solo travelers. Hotel staff were very helpful and nice. Having a kitchenette with a full size oven surprised me happily. Nice bathroom, daily cleaning. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

Wonderful location, quiet and only mins of walking to many attractions including the Pantheon, Trevi fountain, Spanish steps, etc. There are many restaurants and gelatos nearby. Room is clean and very spacious. Air conditioning worked well. Francesca helped us with Check in and she is great. We were able to check in early at noon as well. Some minor drawbacks for us: -If you have mobility issues, this place might not be for you since no lift is available in the first floor. We had to climb one flight of stairs to the lift. -The kitchen exists but there is no basic condiments like salt, pepper or oil, and no dining table, so I suppose we should do only light cooking (we boiled and fried eggs). -no reception desk, so we needed to arrange check-in with the staff. I don’t know how it works if we came late (we arrived around Noon). All in all, I highly recommend the hotel.

I was hésitant when reading some of the reviews but our stay was great. The rooms are beautiful and you can’t beat the location. The shower was great once you learn what all the buttons are for. I will definitely stay here again when we return to Roma!
