The apartment itself is situated in an optimal location. Right in the middle of Rome. However, the owners blemish this advantage with their dishonest and sour attitude. First, they moved me , without asking, to a different room than the one I had chosen. I had to make many calls and wander around for hours before I could enter the room. Then, they added extra charges and fees (150 euro) that were not mentioned in the price they publish. Third, the owners were grumpy and unfriendly and hardly accessible. These things almost spoiled my vacation. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Extremely bad experience. Very disappointed with hotels.com as me and my wife in our honeymoon faced a big issue with the hotel as they refused to meet us for check in and later after we made another booking after 3 hours of waiting, they realised their miatake! Thehotel and Hotels.com we not cooperative with my request of a full refund.

Spiacevole sorpresa

Salve spero che la mia recensione sia di aiuto a chi voglia prenotare in questa struttura . Iniziamo col dire che nella descrizione c’è scritto che è situata in un palazzo del ottocento di via del corso effettivamente è così ma solo per accedere in realtà si entra in questo palazzo ma poi alla fine del corridoio c’è una piccola porta dove si va nel atrio del palazzo dove e’stato Costruito in seguito un piano dove è situata la camera L accesso mediante una scala Metallica esterna. Giunti nella camera il proprietario ci fa presente che bisogna dare un extra di 53 euro per le pulizie che non era scritto nel sito e ci avevano avvisato il giorno prima mediante un messaggio effettivamente il messaggio mi era arrivato ma siccome il giorno prima al una di notte mi era arrivato un messaggio che volevano sapere per quanto era previsto L arrivo pensavo che era lo stesso messaggio comunque ammetto la mia colpa di no avere letto il messaggio ma la cosa che va evidenziata come mai il messaggio mi è arrivato solo il giorno prima visto che la mia prenotazione e stata eseguita più di venti giorni fa e la coincidenza che non potevo più recedere la prenotazione . Segnalerò questo modo di fare al motore di ricerca Expedia in quando tale motore e sinonimo di serietà e trasparenza cosa che non appartiene a tale struttura
