Check-in was confusing I had three different phone numbers contacting me on WhatsApp telling me to contact someone else however they arrived when we did luckily. It is a bit far from the tourist area and sites, about a 25 minute walk to the colosseum is the closest attraction. The air conditioner didn’t work and it was super warm inside and if you open the window it’s extremely noisy in the area makes it very difficult to sleep. We only got one big towel for showers for two people and ran out of toilet paper and couldn’t find any extra in the entire accommodation. Also one morning the lights went out and we had an early morning where we had to get ready in the dark… the area is safe and close to public transport but really if you’re staying more than 2-3 days or looking to be closer to everything you go to Rome to see, I wouldn’t recommend the place.

The room was wonderful with only a 25 minute walk to the Colosseum. I was concerned with the water flooding the room because I had seen so many reviews complaining, but if you put down a towel in front of the shower door before turning on the water, you will be absolutely fine. There were ants in the property that crawled all through the trashcan and attacked a drink that I had on the night stand. Although it was annoying, they didn't bother me. Just don't leave food out!

Our stay was lovely, Valentina was so helpful and available to contact if we needed anything! We had the most wonderful stay over new years and enjoyed walking into the centre, the property is about a 20 minute walk from the Colosseum so be prepared for a lot of walking but it meant we were able to find amazing places to eat along the way. The room was clean and warm which was needed on the chilly nights! We loved every second of it here!

We had a great stay at this place. Valentina, the owner, was very responsive and made sure we were well accommodated throughout our stay. The room was cleaned everyday. Most of the monuments were at walkable distance and there were some amazing bars and restaurants right in front of the hotel, making late night dinner plans super easy.

Quarto escuro, cheirando a mofo, prateleiras de apoio quebradas, aquecedor não funcionava e o ar-condicionado também! Para vc entrar no quarto são necessários 3 chaves diferentes! Zero praticidade!! Banheiro péssimo!!! Chuveiro alagado, tomamos banho com agua no peito do pé todos os dias, as toalhas não secavam por nada, e não tem onde coloca-las pra secar, não tem nada de apoio para seus itens pessoais no box, vc não onde colocar o sabonete! Eu e minha esposa tivemos coceira pelo corpo todo (culpamos a limpeza) e só melhorou no próximo destino da viagem!

Pas suffisamment d'eau chaude. Il faut faire couler l'eau 15 bonnes minutes avant d'avoir de l'eau chaude et elle n'est chaude que le matin. Impossible de prendre une douche plus tard dans la journée.
