Staff were overly friendly and helpful. Hotel is in sn onay area by the main train terminal but it gives you a pretty solid walk to most sites. Rooms were very clean and relativly spacious for the city. It was pretty quiet at night given its close proximity to a major road.

Stayed here for one night before we flew out of Rome in the morning. The front desk staff was so kind and full of great information, wish we would’ve stayed here before when we were in Rome. Room was fairly spacious and had a big shower. Location right by the train was very convenient to walk to. Also seemed to be walkable to all the tourist sites. We chose to take the metro a couple stops to see the coliseum at night rather than do the 35 minute walk. Definitely recommend!

This was by far one of my favorite places in Europe that I have ever stayed. The hotel is beautiful and quintessential Europe! The staff was very nice and it had a gym and a sauna.
