This B&B is perfect for 1 night stay for next day flight or train. The room is very clean, spacious. Rate includes very simple continential breakfast. Giulia is very nice, courteous and helpful. Thank you.

Overall the property and the stay was great. There is an apartment with three bedrooms. Giulia was a great host, but at the checkout there was two unkind and strange men that received the keys. The breakfast is not really a breakfast, as this is a juice and cereal but nothing else. Also, the reality of the breakfast is that you have to look at the kitchen the food and see what you can eat. The person who fill the kitchen was sick and for two days we only had for breakfast 1/4 of glass of juice and one cereal plate for two, my mom and me. The room is cozy and beautiful with all the things you need. The transport to the downtown is perfect or you can walk to there

Cute and small B&B. My only comment would be the breakfast which was lacking - would have liked fruit options instead of packed donuts, sweets. May have just been the week we were there though. The owners are very sweet and offer to assist in any way. It was a perfect location with so many authentic dining options within walking distance. I was able to walk majority of my trip without needing transportation which I loved. Would recommend this spot if you want a quieter place away from the more touristy spots.

O café da manhã é self-service e sempre tem bolinhos, iogurtes, chá e café. Na cozinha tem um forninho, geladeira, microondas, cafeteira, talheres, pratos e copos para uso do hóspedes. No quarto tem ac, janela anti ruido, smartv, chaleira elétrica e frigobar. O banheiro é privativo com box. Roupa de cama e toalhas macias, não fazem arrumação diária. O local é seguro, 2 mercados, várias farmácias e bom comércio. Tem elevador e uma vista linda. Na porta tem ônibus para toda a cidade - os ônibus em Roma são seguros e limpos e quase sempre no horário. Não aconselho o uso do metrô. É central e próximo a estação Termini sem ser no centrão com as pichações e muvuca característicos.

Appartement propre, mais je mattendais a un hôtel ! Pas d'eau dans la cuisine, petit dejeuner a revoir ! Pas de café, une machine a café avec capsule mais ne fonctionne pas, obligée d'envoyer un message pour avoir du papier toilette. Apparement présence d'une personne maisventre 11 h et 14 h heure ou jetais en visite dans Rome. Correct dans l'ensemble mais je prefere l'hôtel
