The best part of our stay with best Western was that they had an excellent concierge department with people that spoke English, and they were helpful getting us transportation when we needed it. It was a great experience. Unlike another experience, we had in Rome and another so-called hotel.

I mistakenly booked and paid for a room on 25 Mar, when what I needed was 25 Feb. Upon realizing my error, I booked for 25 Feb - and stayed there - and asked for my 25 Mar payment to be refunded. Despite repeated requests and the fact that I would be staying on 25 Feb, I was summarily told "no." I will not stay again at any "Best Western".

I had a fabulous stay here. Shuttle bus was waiting for me at the airport. The staff is so nice and helpful from the front desk crew to the maintenance crew. Restaurant is nice and they have a great breakfast for 10 euros or so. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Airport hotel as expected

Hotel was exactly what we needed. Just a room near the FCO airport. Room was clean and had a good amount of space. Bed was very hard, we only fell asleep on it because we were on our last day of vacation and beyond exhausted.

Very nice and near the airport, having to find a uber back to the airport was hard but all around great hotel and the deli and food shops near by were really delicious. Food was right next to the hotel was able to walk there, hotel provides transportation to airport with small charge if you do not want to use uber or Lyft.

This place was terrible. The water heater broke after 3 days. The staffs weren’t that great either. Not sure if it was a language barrier, or what. There’s only one gal who was nice which was at the beginning of our check in. This place needs some serious renovations and upgrades. The elevator can only fit 3 people at a time, and it felt like it was going to collapse.

The staffs here are not that friendly. I don’t if it’s language barrier or what. There’s this one young lady who was nice when we first checked in. I forgot her name, but other than her. I would say the staffs aren’t that great. Also, the water heater broke the 4th day of us being there, so we had to wait for it to come back which took hours before we could even shower. Also, the elevator was super tiny, and it did not work properly. It felt like it was going to collapse. Overall, this place needs some massive renovation and some upgrades.
