"from the time we checked in the receptionist was polite and helpful. By morning woke up to something moving seen that the headboard had bedbugs and eggs. The front desk was notified and maintenance checked out room and took pictures just as well as i did. We were not accommodated only offered a room change. The pool was filled with bugs, the furniture was dirty and stained. The towels and washcloths were stained. The toilet sat low. The tub clogged up the water didn’t drain properly. The hotel experience wasn’t great for the three nights. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. In addition the cost for the three night stay wasn’t cheap, I expected better quality room decor. I expected clean and tidy room with no dust balls under mattress. I expected the amenities such as pool to be inviting free from debris and bugs."
