We are right across the street from the beach with access a few houses over. Lake Lytle is behind us a few blocks across HWY 101 if You like calmer waters for fishing, kayaking, and other water sports. Also, we are just a short walk or car ride from downtown Rockaway. Nehalem Bay and Tillamook Bay are nearby and offer great Salmon fishing, crabbing and other species of fish throughout the year. Game room in garage with ping pong and, tv, and other games. One dog maximum over 1 year old, 100 pet fee plus cleaning if necessary.

Open concept living and dining area seats 8-10 guests comfortably. Entertain yourselves with a Smart TV, 5G wifi, game room and board games.

The fully updated and equipped kitchen boasts new appliances, coffee maker, microwave, and dishwasher. Cupboards are stocked with tasteful place settings, serving pieces, glassware , plus colorful, plastic kid dishes, bowls and cups.

One dog allowed over a year old and flea treated. 2 Dogs on a case by case situation. House trained as well.
Pet fee $100
Dogs not allowed on furniture or in beds.
Never leave your dog alone in the cottage.
Entrance to the neighborhood beach access trail is located 3 houses North from the house. The path opens behind the last house and it’s a straight line to the beach, about a 1 minute stroll. Please respect private property and stay to the designated beach trail. We do have 1 Ring doorbell outside of front door for security purpose only. Thank you.
