The beach is just right over the backyard berm and we walked on the beach allot! The backyard fire pit and lights were also used every night. Being pet friendly was a big plus for us. This is an older house with older furnishings but that's clearly shown in the pictures and I think the price is just right for the quality level. Everything was clean and well stocked. There were no unreasonable asks for checking out. I would highly recommend this VRBO.
