We had just checked in and were in our room. Someone knocked and then came into our room saying she was making sure we checked in ok?!?! The next morning while the belllhop was packing our luggage i dropped his $10 tip on the ground. I kept looking for it and finally told him i lost it. It was crumbled up in his hand and he said "oh i picked this up on the floor. " so suspect and sketchy.

The casino rooms need a little TLC/remodeling. The view was great from 26th floor. It was an easy walk to the Horseshoe Casino which was a nice to grab dinner on a Monday night. They won’t allow you to bring your own baggage up and down on a porter cart, so getting on your way in the morning was slow going.

Our room was excellent. We tried to eat at two different restaurants that was not successful. We were seated but never waited in at the restaurant where it was sports related. We left there and went to the restaurant by the new member check in. We waited 15 minutes at least in line and some customers walked up in the other line and were immediately waited on. We then went to the Steakhouse and were very pleased. The food and the service were above expectations.

My overall stay was very nice. The room and bathroom was clean and spacious. The bathroom had plenty of towels. The only thing I didn’t like was no microwave in the room. And the bathroom had no vent. So the bathroom was streamed up from showering. But overall my stay was nice.

Check in went smoothly and staff was courteous. When we got to our room, it had not been cleaned. We were given the option to have it cleaned or switch rooms. After 3 hours, ended up switching rooms. They refunded our resort fee and comped us some meal money. Couldn’t do more because I had booked through Expedia.

The room was nice and clean. Did double beds. Both beds were worn down on the sides. No good food. No buffets anymore. Snack fast food. Got a salad with chicken and the boiled eggs and chicken were old. Not going back to Tunica. We went to ride the boat and since Covid it hasn't come back. And that is why there's no buffets. They do have buffet on weekends. For $59.99 So sad.

A group of friends and I booked three separate rooms for one night while seeing a show at the Horseshow. During the stay all three rooms had electronic keys that wouldn't work and had to be replaced in the front lobby. It happened to my keys three times. Twice at night and then the next morning. Two of the times I had to wait outside the room for a security officer to reset the lock (about a 15 to 20 minute wait) each time. Two of four elevators were out of service which didn't help the repeat front lobby visits for keys. Not cool for the price paid.
