The room was dirty, with stale candy left in the dresser drawers. The floors in the room felt gritty. WiFi was not available in my room, and the staff was not at all helpful with that and did not give any assistance to correct this. The walls were thin and I could hear the man in the next room coughing and clearing his throat all night. It sounded like he was in the room with me.

The woman checking me in was having a personal conversation with a guy. I felt like I was interrupting them, in fact, he stayed at the desk and they continued even as I was there. I wanted to ask a few more questions but felt like I"d put her out. Parking is a big issue in the evening, it clears out every am, VERY early. One motorcycle was idling right outside our window at 6 am, so while the nights were quiet enough, not good for non early risers (we had an evening wedding to attend). Otherwise, bed was comfortable enough.

We enjoyed our stay in Lander. Our accommodations were nice and enjoyable. Our mattresses were very soft and ok for one person but would probably be inadequate for two adults. Very nice people!!

The halls and stairs were dirty and not cleaned anytime during our 3 day stay. On the first day, housekeeping came in and pulled up the outer blanket leaving the lower blanket and sheets hanging on the ground. Housekeeping removed our used soap but did not leave us another one. No one was at the front desk to request soap until the following morning. No one from housekeeping came at all on day 2. Only 3 outlets in the entire room were operable. The hot tub was out of order. Vicki Lynn at the front desk was very good. Helpful and friendly. Often no one was behind the desk in the evening. The was a number to call if we needed anything.
