We stayed here over the previous weekend. I would not recommend this hotel. The check in clerk was not friendly. We seemed to be in her way. The bed was the worst I've ever slept in. It needs to be replaced. The food for breakfast was awful. The eggs were tasteless. My child had an apple which was completely brown inside and I noticed there was a rotting orange in the fruit basket. They need to rotate their food. I suspect it's bad and they don't clean out unused food. I ended up eating food that was prepackaged. The only thing that was good was the food service attendant. She was very friendly and helpful. I don't think they should be able to keep their Comfort Inn brand. I never had a problem before with this chain.
This Comfort Inn offered a very clean, nicely furnished room in an open location. Set well back from the main highway, it was a very quiet place to stay. Although a pet-friendly hotel, they acknowledged my pet allergies and gave me a non-pet room well away from their pet rooms. Another good plus is that it has an elevator. The desk staff and other hotel staff with whom I interacted were helpful and very friendly. Breakfast was nice, and although I was not thrilled with the pre-cooked sunny-side up style eggs. ;>) , there were plenty of other foods, including meat and excellent waffles. The staff member who oversees the clean, open breakfast area was pleasant and efficient. I highly recommend this hotel.
We stayed here overnight on our trip to Yellowstone National park from Denver. On our way back, too we stayed overnight here. Its a nice homely place and staff are friendly. Clean rooms. Breakfast included and was adequate, though the dining does get crowded. Overall a nice place.
The room was clean and the beds was comfortable and Shelby offered to watch our dog while the housekeeper was cleaning our room when we did go some place and Lisa the weekend kitchen helper serve us breakfast
We stayed here last minute last week. It was more than we expected. The rooms were a good size for a family of four with two small children and, more importantly, very clean. What prompted me to write a review was that Shelby really went the extra mile in answering questions and helping out. We will definitely stay here again when we do another road trip to Wyoming.
We stayed here on the way home from Yellowstone. We had a good night's rest in a comfortable hotel at a reasonable price. Service was friendly. The King room was large and equipped with a fridge, microwave, and plenty of room. Free Wifi was available. A continental breakfast was available in the morning with cereals, waffles, eggs, ham and pastries. It was definitely more than most places offer for breakfast. The price for the King room was around $150 which was higher than a couple places in town but reasonable for a hotel of this quality. My family would definitely stay here in the future.
This is a very well maintained property, with good front desk staff. The person who checked me in went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with my room (I had to be switched). I was upgraded and loved my room. It was clean and spacious with a comfortable king bed. An awesome jacuzzi tub was also in the room, and I thoroughly enjoyed it! A good breakfast was offered with plenty of hot and cold options. A super comfy stay and highly recommended.
Staff is friendly. Location is north of downtown. It is within walking distance of three fast foods, a convenience store and Wal-Mart. The room is fine--good mattress, uncomfortable love seat. Fast internet. Full line-up of Dish TV channels. It has a business center, indoor pool and jacuzzi. The fitness room has a recumbent bike, treadmill, free weights, and step machine. The full hot breakfast has daily variations; e.g sausage, bacon, ham scrambled eggs and cheese omelets. The price is competitive for the season and location.
The hotel itself is great, however, the location is behind of a convenience store and is a little hard to get to if the convenience store is busy. Stayed on the main floor...hallway smelled a little musty. Had to wait for the front desk clerk....she wasn't there when we checked in and someone had to go and look for her. Asked for recommendations for restaurants and she said there were only two open, however we drove around and found several. Seemed she did not want to help out a lot.
Nice quiet hotel, super clean, comfortable bed and excellent breakfast! WIFI was free and fast, and the entire experience was good. Walmart just across the street in case you forgot anything. What more could you want!!!
