This was our 5th time visiting this hotel. Sadly, it will probably be our last because we will no longer have occasion to visit beautiful Lander, Wyoming. I have stayed in hotels that were significantly more expensive that did not provide the experience this one does. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Very clean and well appointed rooms and common areas. Nice, free breakfast provided; very good selection and constantly being replenished and the areas cleaned. Really first rate. Comfortable bed with great quality bedding and pillows. Clean and well appointed bathroom. There is actually very little lodging competition in the town, so I'm amazed that it has been so consistently good. This bespeaks high quality management, and full buy-in from all the staff. They are COMMITTED to providing a great lodging experience. We really, really enjoy this hotel.

This is a superb Holiday Inn - set back from the main road so quiet; well managed, clean, very comfortable beds. For some reason the electronic key to my room did not work so for my trouble they immediately upgraded me to a bigger room. Very nice friendly folks on reception, breakfast was good - no complaints and I would definitely stay here again next time I visit!

One of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. We were in town for a sporting event. Our reservation was originally just for Saturday night, but after looking at the weather we decided to go a day early to avoid bad road conditions. I made a reservation for Friday night online, but the only room left available was a king suite (room 123). I booked it, thinking we would have to change rooms Saturday morning, which would be a big hassle as we would have to check out take everything with us, go to the sporting event, then come back and check in to the two queen bed room we had for Saturday night. I called Friday morning and spoke to Emily, who graciously upgraded our Saturday night room to the king suite so we wouldn't have to switch rooms. She was friendly and went out of her way to help. The hotel was spotless and modern, with no odd smells or dingy appearance anywhere. The king suite was amazing, and will be our go-to room for the future. It had a super comfortable king bed, a couch that pulled out into a double or queen and my daughter said was very comfortable, two comfy chairs, and a desk with a chair. It was spacious, clean, and comfortable. And had plenty of outlets and usb hubs for charging all the devices teenagers bring with them. The air/heat was quiet and worked great, everything was comfortable, housekeeping was great, the water pressure was good, and the complementary shampoo, conditioner and lotion were from Bath and Body Works. The pool and hot tub area were clean and spacious, with plenty of seating for those who wanted to supervise without getting wet (I was working on my laptop and had no fear of being splashed). The water was crystal clear, instead of the cloudiness that many hotels have, and didn't smell so strongly of chlorine that your eyes watered. The fitness center was small, but well arranged and had adequate machines and free weights. There was always somebody in it, but it was never so full that somebody would have to wait. The business center was out of order due to technical difficulties, but the sign said to see the front desk if you need to use a computer, so they weren't just leaving guests out of luck. The free wi-fi worked great in the room, the lobby, and the pool area - even to stream videos. Breakfast was amazing. Both days there was a variety of cereal, orange and apple juice, a variety of breads/bagels/english muffins, bacon and sausage, biscuits and gravy, hot cinnamon rolls, oatmeal, pancakes, an egg option and an egg white option, fruit, yogurt - it was probably the best breakfast selection I have ever seen, and I have stayed at a lot of high end hotels! Coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and hot apple cider are available 24/7. We decided we might take some couples weekends to Lander just because the hotel was so pleasant! It felt like a 5 star hotel with a 3 star price. I really can't praise the hotel and it's staff enough.

There are not many hotels in Lander, but this is probably the best? Good clean and quiet HI, good breakfast, although could benefit with some more fruit. The pool is tiny, and not really adequate, anymore than 2 people would make it feel a bit crowded!

Small town atmosphere and hospitality. Room are modern and clean. Feels like a newer facility. Check in was quick with two staff members working the front desk at 6:30 pm and at check out time. Newer Safeway and fast food within walking distance. Front desk recommended Cowfish and it was an excellent choice.

Best place to stay in Lander, WY. Friendly staff. Clean. Quiet. All the usual amenities. Nice scenery. Pet friendly. Close to a supermarket. I can say nothing durogatory aboutvmy stay here. Located at the west end of the main drag, it is easy to find as well.

I stayed at this hotel with my wife and son. It is a very comfortable hotel. The staff was very professional. The breakfast in the morning was nice. The room were clean and roomy. It was convenient, there was a grocery store near by. I would stay there again

We arrived in Lander late in the evening and were convinced that we should stay the night instead of trying to push through to Jackson. This may very well be the BEST piece of vacationing advice I have ever received - the view into Jackson is a must-see and we would have completely missed it driving through in the middle of the night. Annnnywayyy back to the hotel - Lander seemed like a good place to hang our hats for the evening. After driving up and down the main drag we found the Holiday Inn at the end of the road, a bright well-lit, beautiful parking lot that was calling our name. This is definitely a new property in the town. It was late and we were tired, but we were able to get a nice room and the lady at the front desk was very sweet and accommodating. The room was nice and clean. There was no noise to speak of, so we were able to get a good night's sleep for our drive into Jackson the next day. This looks like the nicest place in the small town to stay the night, very safe and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!!

We had an opportunity to spend a couple of nights in the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Lander, WY in mid-January. We found it to be excellent in every way. The facilities were clean and well-maintained. The beds were very comfortable. The rooms were quiet, and the complementary breakfast was very adequate fare. It was our first encounter with an automatic pancake maker, and although skeptical, discovered that the pancakes were perfectly done and very tasty! The hotel itself is situated right next to a nice Safeway grocery store (convenient!), and within a block of a Taco Johns, and a Subway restaurant. It was important to us that the hotel is pet friendly, since we travel with our small dog. There is a grassy area at one end of the hotel, complete with a dispenser for sanitary plastic bags for cleaning up after your pet.

I checked in late at night (also had messed up my reservation). However, the staff went out of its way in making me and my family very comfortable. The room I checked in was very clean and the bath room was stocked amply with towels. Beds were super clean and pillows were soft. TV channel selection was extensive. Later, we were able to walk across to the grocery store and get some stuff for the smaller kids. The location is very close to the central part of the town . Moreover there are some beautiful hills behind the property. In the morning it was awesome to look at the snow laden hills. Breakfast was very generous- they also offered a take out bag (a first!). Finally when checking out they sorted my reservation mess and additionally marked out a map for my drive to north. Overall blown over by the hotel's hospitality and professionalism - would give it a 5 star rating.
