My one night stay here was great. The staff were warm, accommodating and helpful. The rooms were modern, tidy and comfortable. The breakfast was better than average for this type of facility and I don't not think you will be disappointed for a basic, short-term stay.

I’ve stayed at the Lander Holiday Inn Express essentially since it opened, and the stays just get better and better. The bed is comfortable, the shower is hot with good water pressure, and the reception is always friendly. They were super welcoming to my 150# dog, with a treat bag provided at check-in. That’s the way to a dog mom’s heart! There’s a grocery store next door, and the breakfast is good though limited as usual at Holiday Inn Express. Request an even numbered room for a nice view of the Wind River foothills.

Stayed here for 2 nights for our eclipse trip - close to Riverton. Comfortable & very friendly. Lander is a small town in what was the hunting region of Wyoming in the mid-1800s. It was one of the Rendezvous towns where the fur-trappers met their buyers & suppliers of essentials ! On one end of the main town so we had plenty of eating options - we chose Tony's Pizzeria - very friendly & reasonably-priced

My wife and I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express Suites Lander (Wyoming) on 1-2 September 2017 while we were visiting my parents. The hotel is very attractive with its updated western design and decor from the stone and timber entrance with an imitation antler chandelier to the bronze statue of a Native American on horseback being followed by wolves. As usual, we reserved a King Suite. Unfortunately, a mistake was made and we were given a normal King room. It was still nice aside from a bad red kool-aid stain in the carpet. (We were told a work order has already been done and carpet will be replaced soon.) The drawback was that the hallways are not air conditioned so the 3rd floor hallway was very hot. Breakfast was decent with a nice selection of sausage, eggs, omelets, biscuits and gravy, cereals, pancakes, breads/pastries, juices/teas/coffees, yogurts, etc. I liked that the room had a Keurig machine instead of the normal weak coffee packs. Was also impressed that they use Bath and Body Works toiletries. A couple of problems were that the shower head is so high on the wall I had to stretch to reach it (I am 5' 7") which made adjusting it difficult and impossible for a shorter person. Also, the towel rack is located inside the shower so you have to find a place to put the towels so they do not get wet while showering. A hook to hang a towel outside the shower would be nice so you can grab it when finished. The service was very good. The only problem occurred at check-in when we wanted to change the credit card we were using and because of an error inputting my card information on the part of the hotel, it rejected my card. I confirmed this with my credit card company who told me Holiday Inn had put in the wrong expiration date which caused the rejection. Aside from that, the service was excellent, friendly, and professional. The location is also excellent with the hotel being within walking distance of a nice Safeway and the related service station. The view of the mountains is also excellent. We will stay at this hotel whenever we come to Lander to visit my family.

Had a pleasant, quick one-night stay here while picking up from a NOLS trip. Front desk staff was friendly, room was clean and quiet. (We had a third floor room.) Its located on the edge of town, and it's an easy walk into town for dinner/drinks.

The hotel was clean and the staff friendly. Very comfortable bed. But must say the breakfast was cold and not very many choices. The pool and spa where a nice and clean. A safeway next door makes getting gas and supplies convenient. Would use this hotel again, just not for breakfast.

I stayed for 4 nights, so it was almost like living there. Within walking distance of the Safeway grocery store, which was real nice to bring back chicken and such. Had a microwave and a frig to keep food and drinks cool. Bed was real comfy.

Stayed one night prior to a 7 day backpacking trip in the Winds and one night when we returned from the wilderness. Home away from home! Friendly and welcoming greeting with nice warm cookies, great room, and a delicious breakfast!! Thank you.

My Wife and I stayed at this hotel for 1 night while traveling in Wyoming. lander Wyoming is in the middle of now where. This is a an extremely nice hotel. Very clean and comfortable. 5 miles outside of town I told My wife I couldn't imagine we were close to a nice hotel. We were. The staff was very nice and helpful. 1 minor complaint is the hallways were hot. Maybe it was because it is Wyoming and they don't need to AC common areas very often but this was mid July. My chief complaint is the rate. I just wouldn't expect to pay the rate they charge for a room in the middle of now where even if it is very nice. I guess it's the law of supply and demand. You really on have a choice of a couple Mom and Pop hotels or sleeping in your car. I would stay here again if I find myself in Lander Wyoming.

This hotel was the best place we stayed on a trip for a wedding. The staff was courteous and friendly, The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. The entrance to this hotel had a mountain chalet kind of feel with hanging flower baskets and stacked rock pillars. The Lobby and breakfast area also were decorated with an upscale mountain lodge kind of theme and the continental breakfast was adequate. They had a little pancake machine instead of waffles but I found it amusing to watch and the little pancakes were tasty. We were very satisfied with the accomadations here and would stay here again.
