Located just one mile from the UWRF campus and close to downtown River Falls, you'll be within easy reach of great dining, charming boutiques, and lively entertainment. Whether you're looking for indoor comfort or outdoor fun, this home has everything you need. With three spacious bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, In-unit laundry and inviting outdoor amenities—including a fire pit, grill, and outdoor seating—every detail has been thoughtfully designed for a memorable stay. The home is a duplex and both sides of the duplex are for short-term rental use. For parking, you will have access to the entire left* side of the driveway.

Cute place with comfy beds and great living room for hanging out. It was close to campus and downtown. On a quiet cul de sac with parking for 3-4 cars.

The house was in a quiet neighborhood with quick access to downtown restaurants and shops. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. Only one bathroom which is tough to do with more than 3.Our host was very receptive and friendly. We had a great stay

Communication was great. Beds were very comfortable as well as the living room furniture. The basement bedroom was on the cool side. but the outside temperature dropped 40 degrees in the time we were there. We plan on booking again for our next visit to River Falls.
