The air conditioning unit was loud. The recliner chair should come with a warning as it wouldn’t straighten up until someone helped me get out of it. It made me fall and hit my head on the tile floor by the sink.when I tried to get out by myself.

Why would a hotel give you 1 small bottle of shampoo when they know I had 2 women? Clearly not enough and because women need more towels, there wasn't enough. As a total package, it was quiet. I arrived from MSP at 2am so there wasn't enough sleep. Location was good, easy to do things in the morning

When we tried to call the property direct, it transferred to a corporate number. When we talked to the staff in person, our concerns were addressed, but we would have liked to talk to them by phone prior to our arrival.
