Room was clean but very basic. Heat unit worked but was a bit noisy. Breakfast included but chose not to partake as it did not look appealing. Good bed, hot water.

Horrible and Unsafe

I arrived and was given a room on the ground floor. First thing I was do is make sure the windows are locked. The window lock had actually been drilled out, and the window was not closed when I called the front desk to tell them such he told me it should be OK. The windows only open 10 inches people can’t get in. I asked for a different room. He gave me a different room. I felt so uneasy the place was dirty. There was only one other guests there they had their room propped open. I tried to stay. It was so uncomfortable. I had to leave. I contacted hotels.com. They said they were going to call to verify with the motel. They said the motel would not answer. I went to the front desk told him I was too uncomfortable to stay there with the window and the cleanliness of the room I sent pictures of the dirt in the hair and the black mold in the bathroom to Hotels.com. I am still waiting to find out if they’re going to credit my account since I had to leave a single woman traveling alone and felt very uncomfortable

They should have shoveled the sidewalks, it had snowed only an inch or so. None the less they should have shoveled for safety reasons

A 3.0 hotel

This is an ok hotel. Nothing to get a 4.5 rating. We checked in on the Tuesday before Thanksgiving. We stayed 4 days. We were told breakfast would not be served because of the holidays. We understand 1 or two days. No breakfast all 4 days. Housekeeping not available till Friday. Seldom to never no one at front desk. If you just need a place to sleep this is the place.

Room is clean and beds are comfortable. No longer have hot food for breakfast- waffles eggs ect....which is disappointing. We have stayed here several times and always a good place to stay

For an older place it is very well maintained. Room was very clean. Sink, stool, tub, floor tile and wall paint still seemed rather new yet. Night was very quiet and bed was comfortable.

Very clean. Breakfast was just ok. It's the only thing I wasn't very happy about it. The receptionist was kind. The premises and the room were all in excellent condition. Every corner was very clean which is important to me. Also, Good size fridge and microwave in the room.
