The cafe was just across the parking lot, but the menu that the hotel had in the room was OLD and had incorrect prices. Our main attraction was the low price and THE HOT TUB and pool. BUT, the hot tub was out of service (for approximately 15 days already). The pool was very cold. The breakfast only was until 9am and didn't have much on it. We had reserved a 2nd floor balcony, but were given a patio on the main lever, which worked out great for us since we walked across the parking lot to the cafe. We moved our table and chairs from the patio to the lawn for some great sunshine.
Booked a deluxe king room with patio. There is no such room. Room had a small bed. Room was non refundable. They told me to take it up with orbitz. Staff was wonderful but hotel needs work and updates. Smells musty. We were in town for a wedding and didn’t have time to spend hours on the phone.
The TV did not work in the first room we were given - plus the room had not been properly cleaned. The mirror in the living room even had splatter marks on it. The second room was much better; however, it had not been vacuumed.
Nothing unique. Nice people but the facility is a bit tired.
Friendly staff and priced low but there was a slow drip in the shower. Glad it did not affect our sleep.
Looks like a work in progress. Room showed wear. Wall had damage . Screen on patio needs repair.

We booked a room with king size bed, balcony, and jacuzzi in room. The jacuzzi was wonderful, and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast choices were more than adequate. We had waffles, yogurt, bagels and coffee. Because we had the jacuzzi in our room, we didn't utilize the pool, but observed that the water was clear and inviting. The desk manager, Venka, was very friendly and helpful in answering questions. His suggestion of the restaurant adjacent to the hotel (Not Just A Cafe) was excellent. Food and service was great. If we are ever in the area again, we will stay at AmeriVu.
We have stayed here before and the staff are always so nice. Very clean and the pool is fine. Only problem can be no elevator but we were on 1st floor. Some sheer curtains would be nice so you could open curtains with privacy from the parking lot. But generally a really good place! Will stay again
The nightly rate was way too high for what we got. Stains on blankets, on mattresses. One of the beds was a sleep number that didn’t work and was ridiculous. Just yucky. The staff was very nice.

The room was really nice and had nice furnishings, and the staff found me an outlet and helped me plug in my hybrid car to charge. The whirlpool and pool were really nice too. Very clean and you could tell that the staff cared about the place and the guests. Would totally recommend this place!
Polite, courteous and attentive Staff. Had to take away a star due to dust on mirror frame. Otherwise, very pleased with everything from this stay! Thank goodness the new mgmt got rid of the STENCH from the previous owner/manager of curry that plagued the entire facility before!!
I’m from NJ and traveled here for my grandfather’s funeral. I had read previous positive reviews and booked. The hotel is very nice. Our room was beautiful and the staff was nothing but courteous. We asked if we could have a later check out due to my circumstances and they were very accommodating. Big chains would have said sure but you pay and they were understanding. It was nice to see a hotel staff with a big heart!!
