The den area has a single bed, and the living room offers a queen-size sofa bed, comfortably sleeping up to 4 guests. The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing delicious meals to enjoy indoors or outdoors. After a day of outdoor adventures, retreat to the living room for a cinematic experience with the projector.

For security, the property is equipped with exterior cameras: one at the main entrance and another along the access road. No cameras point inside the cabin, hot tub, or private areas. Your privacy is guaranteed.

We also have a noise monitoring system to ensure respect for the peaceful environment and neighbors. It only measures decibel levels and does not record audio or video.

Pets are allowed upon prior request – they deserve fresh air too! 🐾

1. No Smoking Inside the House
This is a smoke-free space. Smoking indoors will result in a COP 200,000 deep-cleaning fee.

2. Energy Saving
If you're not using it, turn it off. Help us save energy by turning off lights, A/C, and electronics.

3. No Parties or Loud Gatherings
This is a space for rest. Parties, loud music (over 55 dB), and unregistered guests are not allowed. Violation incurs a COP 500,000 penalty.

4. Noise
Quiet hours start at 10:00 PM. Respect for neighbors is part of the experience.

5. Pets
Pets are welcome with prior approval. If not disclosed, there will be a COP 200,000 fee.

6. Trash
Please place all garbage in the bin. Help us sort recyclables too — this place deserves it.
