From the outside, the hotel looks lovely, and the breakfast offered a nice variety. Unfortunately, my room was not clean. I encountered black flies in both the bathroom and the room, and the bedding did not appear fresh. The A/C unit also didn’t seem to respond to temperature adjustments, and the elevator was noticeably dirty. While the rate is budget-friendly, I would not recommend this property based on my experience.

Arrived at 12am.I knew check in was at 2pm.I was waiting at the reception.I then asked the reception if I could leave my bag till 2.Rudely replied No.She said no space in there but she was then happy to keep other guest’s bags till 2.I then waited till 2 at the reception.It took receptionist 30 mins to get my room keys sorted.Only 1 very slow and extremely rude lady at the reception.I took a 15 hours flight prior.I was so tired.Rooms are boiling(A/C exist but don’t work properly),bedsheets were dirty and stinky.They charge you $2 for a bottle of water when you leave(not mentioned anywhere).It’s a scamming hotel,not 5 star maybe 2 stars,horrible horrible staff.
Reception lady mentioned luggage room is completely full.Lol.She then accepted this silver case from another case.

Fazia 3 anos que não me hospedava nesse hotel, e a primeira mudança positiva foi o frigobar no quarto! Os funcionários não são assim super atenciosos e isso não mudou, o wi-fi continua muito bom, a smartv funcionando muito bem, a acústica do quarto também segue intacta. A limpeza ainda é a mesma, nem medíocre nem excelente, a roupa de cama estava excelente mas uma das toalhas estava manchada. O café ainda precisa melhorar, é muito pobre de opções e segue igual a anos atrás.

O quarto que fiquei duplo luxo era razoável, espaçoso, porém além das tomadas serem 220W, não possui secador de cabelo e tv com acesso a internet. O café da manhã possui poucas opções e não ha utensílios para esquentar por exemplo o pão. O almoço e jantar são cobrados a parte, estes sim, com opções e sobremesa inclusa. O hotel fica localizado no centro então a maioria do transporte foi de uber ou metrô, devido a distância da maioria dos pontos turísticos e praias, até mesmo a estação de metrô é necessário andar em torno de 1,5km. Em geral gostei do hotel, porém o secador implicou muito na minha avaliação
