The room was clean but I had two issues and I was that the room was really small and there was really no hot water in the sink. The shower had hot water and was decent but these were the two issues I have with the room. I picked this because it had a gym and although the rooftop pool area was nice the gym would be better if they had some kind of weight equipment.

What we really liked about this hotel? I must say 5 stars for breakfast, great choice, lots of fruit, and great choice of everything, fresh and tasty. Another great thing was location, close to metro, taxi and activities. Some staff was nice but they did not speak english. Where ever we fo we expect that somebody would speak english as well. Room was avarage, towels and bedding could be cleaner. I could smell mould from mouldy walls. We only were happy with the shower.

Cleaning: There were multiple drain flies in our sink every morning. The shower- and sink drain were not cleaned considering the fact that we stood deep in our own shower water after only showering for about 5 minutes. We never got new towels after the cleaning lady had been there. We had to walk down to reception and ask for them to give us new towels AND throw away the old ones. Cleaning in general was very minimal effort. The only thing they managed to do every time was make up our bed and trow away the trash, while washing the toilet and floor happened maybe twice during our 2,5 week stay. Hotel service: The room key card stopped working about once a day so after getting home from a long day out in Rio we had to walk down to reception again to get new cards, which was very annoying when we just wanted to go to bed. Elevator: There are 19 floors and only 2 elevators which caused a lot of waiting, especially when one of them never got up to 19th floor (which is where the pool, sauna and gym is). We saw there were stairs, but these seemed to only be available to use in emergency situations. The hotel employees were nice and polite, but spoke little to none english so we had to use translate a lot. Aircondition: Not very effective and made a lot of noise. Had trouble sleeping the first nights because of it , but it was too hot to turn it off. Overall: not a good hotel if you’re staying for more than 2 nights. Wouldn’t really recommend it at all.

Fiquei 3 dias e os 3 dias da semana o elevador estava quebrado apenas um funcionando, estava com super lotação e um caos na hora do café da manhã quando todos precisava usar o elevador, prédio alto fiquei em 13* impossível ir apé. Se forem ir já vão com a consciência que é normal ficar 10 minutos em um elevador LOTADO

Hotel com 17 andares e somente 01 elevador para hóspedes, serviço e visitantes. Houve relato de vazamento de gás. Escadas de emergência (única possível para descer) alagada e perigosa escorregando. Toalhas mal lavadas e quarto mal limpo. Ar condicionado velho e barulhento. Não vale passar por isso só pela localização e pelo preço, opções melhores na região.

O hotel já teve seus momentos de ser uma ótima opção no centro do RJ, mas nessa recente estadia, só problemas, a começar pelos elevadores quase todos quebrados, só 1 funcionando precariamente, quartos mal conservados, porta do banheiro se desfazendo e sem fechar, pias entupidas, camas pareciam redes afundando no meio. Ar-condicionado de janela que não funciona. Torneira do banheiro sem água quente. Infiltrações e focos de mofo no quarto. Apenas um elevador funcionando, sendo necessário subir e descer de escada. Apenas um funcionário no atendimento, o que atrasou o checkout e me faz perder o ônibus. Café da manhã muito simples. Colchão Velho. Televisão de péssima qualidade. Sinceramente, o preço é bom, mas não vale a pena pagar para ser mal atendido. Recomendo gastar um pouco mais e ir para outro lugar.

Quarto aceitável. Eletrodomésticos antigos, porém funcionais. Ar condicionado muito antigo, capa frontal solta. Colchão da cama muito gasto, molas quebradas, mas cumpriu sua função. Café da manhã adequado, poucas opções, mas boas. A grande questão do hotel é o problema dos elevadores. O hotel é muito grande, 19 andares e somente estava funcionando 1 elevador. Isso não era um problema pontual, segundo a própria equipe, esse problema ja estava ocorrendo a semanas. Além da questão dos elevadores, havia um vazamento nas escadas, o que piorava a horrível experiência de sair e chegar no quarto. Por isso, pra mim, se não a pior experiência de um hotel, uma das piores.

Roupa de cama encardida, rasgada, quarto tinha barata andando na bancada. Ar condicionado com barulho horrível, não tinha controle para TV. Muita demora no check-in. O check-in foi aberto às 13h50 e chamaram os hóspedes um a um, por fila. Não houve o check-in online, então os hóspedes tiveram que preencher ficha manualmente. Um dos elevadores estava parado e o outro era extremamente lento (19 andares). Se vc estiver só, recomendo. Com família pode ser estressante.

Café da manhã e localização boas. Porém apenas 1 elevador funcionando para 19 andares e muitos clientes fica inviável. Tempo de espera para tentar pegar elevador em média de 10 minutos. Com criança pequena e mala fica inviável. Nas informações dizia que o restaurante ficava funcionando até as 21 hs. Propaganda enganosa pq eram 20:30 e ninguém mais atende. Quando se compra algo fora, não são nem capazes de emprestar os talhares. Visual e acomodações boas. Porém atendimento péssimo de alguns funcionários.
