Localização ótima,serviços de limpeza e recepção satisfatórios.Ar condicionado do quarto velho e funcionando mal.Toalhas e roupas de cama velhas e de baixa qualidade.O controle da tv estava sem pilha e,como o apartamento era particular, a recepção não me forneceu as pilhas.Acho que não vale o preço cobrado.Precisa melhorar a qualidade!

Super localização

O flat é super bem localizado, fica em uma das melhores áreas do Leblon e a unidade que fiquei embora seja antiga é bem equipada, com internet funcionando muito bem. Os funcionários da recepção são bem cordiais e atenciosos. Qnt a limpeza em um dia esqueceram de colocar uma fronha no travesseiro, e deixaram a porta aberta. Por fim, a academia é bem antiga, sem muitas condições de uso.

Péssima experiência

Péssima experiência: Em minha reserva aparecia 2 camas de casais. Ao chegar no hotel, era 1 cama de casal e um sofá cama. Ar condicionado não estava funcionando na área do sofá cama. Fiz a reserva para 3 dias, mas sai após uma diária. Paguei 80% do valor da diára ao proprietário, mas estou insatisfeito com o hoteis.com e com o Hotel.
