Excellent hotel would highly recommend. Even on the day I checked out I was allowed to use a hospitality room to shower and change clothes. Rooms are big and showers have excellent pressure.

Everything about the property was great, but the beat part was the staff! Moera and the front desk were so polite and helpful! It bothered me so much I had to go down every day to the reception, to reset my key card because the cleaning lady had used her key card and that changed the touch code…. Also the front door was deteriorated, and I had to move the handle several times so it could open….

The property is beach front, so it is very convenient to stay by the beach. Lots of places to eat around the area and lots of grocery stores. Staff were really nice especially in the dining area (our booking included breakfast). Breakfast selections are good, though it was almost the same varieties per day. :) nonetheless, i would stay here again.

Across the copacabana beach! We had a beach view from the window :) Breakfast was good, rooftop was nice for a drink / dessert! Pool is minuscule … Very busy hotel, staff at reception are always busy and there is always a wait but super nice and helpful. They couldn’t provide us with an umbrella when it was pouring outside :(
