Only 1 problem was a noisy neighbor in adjoining room at 2am...i called front desk and they did their best to quiet them down..took an hour..but eventually an arguing couple with very loud tv quieted down.. Only problem.

The shower is outstanding. The tv system is very poor. No access to SAP no access to Netflix. Prime etc the channel list is really non existent. The personnel of this hotel are all outstanding.
This is one of the best hotel I ever stayed. Friendly staffs, very clean room with strong shower, comfortable bed, and great view.
This is my second visit. The facilities are still outstanding. Clean, modern, fantastic design, great pool on the roof deck. The gym is a nice bonus. Unfortunately the service is being less stellar than last year. The restaurant on the top floor now really needs menu improvement. For an important events such as Valentine’s Day they had A special menu: only three items on the menu (Fish, filet mignon, and one other item), two salads, and three sides. They still got it wrong. The meat was tough, and they brought the same sides to everyone. I was assured that the menu would revert to the normal won the next day. Alas, the Valentine’s Day menu was used for several days after. At check in I requested a room with a bathtub. I was told that one would be available the next day. Next day it was an adventure of “come back in a half an hour,” you have to pay a $60 upgrade, per night (which was the price per room per night) , “I need to talk to the manager.”, “come back tomorrow” After two days we just gave up. On the positive side, the staff is very courteous and room cleaning happens very efficiently
The 3d time I’ve stayed there and they still do not have the button to watch filmes and games in the original language. The breakfast are excellent and the Staff outstanding.

Dear Mr. Christian,Thank you for being careful with your words, we noticed that you had more positive points and the rest, you just tried to be constructive and this is very important for us to improve Windsor California's services.About the steam room, we are changing it to a better one and we did not leave our guests without an option for it. We pay a taxi to the guests so they can go use it on a close by hotel from the Windsor chain. We have high occupancy and therefore, we always ask guests who have limited time to plan ahead, as everyone gets off at 12:00 and despite our efforts, queues can happen. The cleaning method if the sign to clean is not on the door is to know on it to avoid disturbing our guests by entering the room.
