Lovely apartment in a cute town

Lovely apartment which had everything we needed. There is a short walk to a bakery and corner shop. The town itself is very cute and a nice walk along the main street.

Spacious, Centrally Located Gite

A wonderful stay with my family, including 2 young kids in this gîte centrally located in charming Ribeauville. Easy to communicate with and helpful at every turn, Veronique was a pleasure to rent from, and we’d absolutely stay here again the next time visiting Alsace.

Impossible to criticize. The chalet is perfectly placed in the lovely town of Riberville. Clean well equiped. Comfortable beds. And,the owner, Véronique, is the perfect hostess.

Lovely apartment in a beautiful town

We absolutely loved our time in Ribeauville and our apartment suited our needs well. We are a family of 5 adults and 2 children (aged 11 & 15) and the accommodation was just right. Our host Veronique was lovely and welcoming and even provided a decorated Christmas tree for us as we stayed over the Christmas period. The town itself is so gorgeous! It was decorated beautifully for Christmas, the pâtisseries were well stocked with beautiful cakes and breads and all the people in the village were very friendly.

Veronique's pl ace was a superb base to visit all things Alsace. The cottage was spacious and well equipped for everything that we needed. The place was well located to vmake everything in town walkable. There was plenty of parking in the village to make driving easy. Veronique was fantastic at recommending local restaurants and places to visit and was very helpful with tourist recommendations. She responds within minutes to whatsapps.

Véronique‘s apartment is perfectly located in the heart of the old city and everything can be reached on foot. Although it is centrally located on the main shopping street it is very quiet. The apartment itself has everything one needs and is very spacious. Véronique‘s response to queries and issues is above and beyond what is normally expected. If you stay at her apartment you should also go see her at the local wine cooperative where she will give you a fabulous tasting telling you all about the wines of the region. We have no negatives and would highly recommend staying there.

This property could be fabulous as it’s a great size but it falls short in many areas. Pool area great but needs a good clean under shaded area. The rest of the outside areas and some indoor areas would also benefit greatly from a deep clean. Bedding and towels poor quality and curtains light and flimsy in lower bedrooms. One of the bedrooms aircon not working and took over 4 days to sort so couple in that room really struggled. Terrace area on top floor great for us all to gather and enjoy food and drinks but again not as clean as it could be. Location was great with lots of eating places close by and very handy for taxis and local bus service. Wouldn’t take much to bring this villa up to an acceptable standard and for the cost of renting for a week this hopefully will happen.

Un punto de partida excelente para conocer Alsacia

El pueblo de Ribeauvillé, y en concreto la casa de Veronique Spitz nos ha parecido un lugar muy adecuado para conocer Alsacia. El pueblo es de los más bonitos de la región ya que todo él conserva sus construcciones históricas, sin apenas edificios nuevos. Y la casa resulta cómoda y bien equipada para 8 personas. Además, Veronique nos proporcionó buenas informaciones prácticas y turísticas para nuestra estancia, además de estar atenta a cualquier cosa que pudiéramos necesitar.

Dieses ist eine schöne und besonders charmante Wohnung in einem tollen Ort. Ideale Lage: Wanderwege in die Weinberge und zu den Burgen, Restaurants, Bäckerein, Geschäfte und die schöne Altstadt, alles ist quasi vor der Haustür. Trotzdem ruhige Lage zum Innenhof. Gute Lage fűr Ausflüge in das schöne Elsaß. Parken war einfach. Das Haus ist geräumig und hat gut funktioniert für Familie mit 5 Erwachsenen plus Hund. Die Gastgeber waren sehr hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Super leuk, schoon en knus verblijf! Thuiskomen op vakantie! Gastvrouw en -heer zijn heel voorkomend en behulpzaam. Wonen bij de accommodatie, maar als gast voel je je heel vrij. Wunderschöner Urlaubswoche in Ribeauvillé

Wir waren zu viert in der tollen Wohnung von Veronique. Sehr freundlicher Empfang, uns wurde alles gezeigt und erklärt. Top, und auch gleich ein paar Empfehlungen für Restaurants.Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, geschmackvoll und liebevoll eingerichtet und absolut sauber.In der Küche ist alles in ausreichenden Mengen vorhanden was man benötigt wenn man sich selbst versorgen möchte.In den wunderschön bepflanzten Innenhof konnte man abends ganz gemütlich sitzen.Man ist direkt im Ort, nachts war es aber ruhig.In der Umgebung gibt es einiges zu sehen und wandern kann man auch.Insgesamt war es eine tolle Woche und wir können es nur weiterempfehlen.
