I was disappointed with my stay here. The advertising gives the impression of an authentic Alsatian experience, but in reality it felt more like a tourist trap. The restaurant served low-quality meals with frozen vegetables and ingredients that were far from the fresh, regional food one expects in Alsace. The overall atmosphere did not reflect the local culture, which was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel. If you’re looking for a genuine French or Alsatian experience, I would recommend looking elsewhere. Unfortunately, this place does not meet the standards you would expect for the region.

This is a nice hotel with a restaurant. It is located in Bergheim, which is not touristy. My primary reason for the 3 rating is that our room was extremely hot, even though the lower parts of the hotel seemed cool.

Great property in the middle of the wine routes in Alsace. Great customer service, rooms are clean and well maintained. I was there with my family including 2 small children. Would recommend this for all travelers. Restaurant was amazing, great food and service. All the noteworthy places in the Alsace region are within a short drive. Overall great experience!

Amazing town, full of colourful old buildings. The accommodation was perfect, if you want an authentic French experience, this is the place you shoukd stay. Great pool and spa, great restaurant. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and recommend it to everyone!

Tranquille Alsace hotel

The hotel is beautiful with a lot of character, the bed was very comfortable and the room was cozy, the kitchenette is well equipped and the spa and breakfast were very enjoyable. We will come again with our extended family! Many thanks.

Great find!

Lovely hotel in a quiet village. Clean, comfortable and the pool/jacuzzi were a bonus. Restaurant within the hotel complex served decent food at good prices. Would recommend!

Great village. Charming but no tour buses.

Lovely village. Charming old hotel. Very good restaurant in the village Wistub du Sommelier. Some very good wine makers within 10 mins of village- Deiss, Spielmann, Gassmann. Room a bit tired but clean. Restaurant not as good as others in the village. Decent value for the room considering location.
