The shared area was lovely. The fridge was a little full, but apart from that, everything else was great. The hot tub is a must! The reception team were also very kind and helpful.

Room, bed, showers and communal areas all really clean. Superb location for bars and food, plus only a 4 min walk to bus stations 6 and 14 where all the trips seemed to pick up from. Staff were really helpful and friendly assisting with check-in and phoning a taxi when requested.

We had a great stay at CityHub Reykjavík the pods are modern, clean, and surprisingly cozy. The outdoor hot tub was definitely the highlight, relaxing in warm water while it’s cold outside is such an Icelandic experience. The breakfast concept was a bit unusual, but it wasn’t a big deal since the lobby has everything you need a great space to meet people, store your food, and even cook.

I had an absolutely amazing stay at CityHub Reykjavik. Everything was spotlessly clean, from the rooms to the shared facilities, which really stood out. The amenities were excellent, and the hot tub was a definite highlight — perfect for relaxing after a day out. The room itself was clean, warm, and very comfortable, making it easy to unwind. What really made the experience even better was the staff — they were incredibly helpful, friendly, and welcoming throughout my stay. Overall, I would highly recommend CityHub Reykjavik to anyone visiting Iceland. It’s a fantastic place to stay with great value, comfort, and atmosphere.

My main reason for staying here was it was half the price of anywhere else. The location is great as you can walk anywhere from here. The pods are fairly quiet and the facilities are kept clean.

Returning customer, I really liked the first experience so I had to come back. Again super clean, staff was awesome and helpful. My only complaint is parking. Other than that it’s a great stay they provided everything I needed towels, soap, shampo, conditioner and offered great recommendations.
