Got charged $40 extra for a non smoking room and when we got to our room it was like a giant ash tray and smelled horrible. Worst room I have ever seen. Went and asked for a actual non smoking room, he did switch us to a slightly better smelling room but it was full of bugs. Towels were dirty. Black beetles all over the bad and bedding. Volume to the tv didn’t work. Air conditioning only worked on high or off. Could not adjust temperature at all so you either froze or were hot. Not sure where they got the photos of the rooms on hotel.com but those rooms definitely didn’t exist here. Will never ever ever stay here or anywhere associated with this company. Manager was definitely nice and tried to accommodate but I don’t think he had any good options available. Everything was old and run down

DON'T DO IT !!!

Check in was horrible my keycard stop working so I had to walk around the hotel lot to look for someone to fix the key. dirty tub toilet was filthy. Everything was dirty Bed was full of dust my allergies flared up don't book unless you have to. No Breakfast the hotel was cheap but you get what you pay for.

OSHA violations and mold issues

There was a large stain on one chair and mold growing on another. The furniture was broken, Mold growing in the shower ceiling. Two lamp shade seem to have mold. One outlet outside and one inside broken along with a switch plate broken (these were reported to OSHA). Also the sheets on the bed had stains on them

The property is an older complex. The new owners are in the process of updating everything. The staff were extremely kind and assisted me a lot with my mobility issues. Everything was immaculately clean, which was very reassuring to me. I plan to return within the next year to see all the improvements.

This place was awful from the get go. The room was NOT what I rented or anything like the picture. The smell of mold and old everything when we walked in the door should have told us something. None of the lamps hanging on the wall were working, they were about to fall off the wall, the outlets didnt work for our phone chargers, the curtain for the window was too short to cover completely so either you were going to see our feet or our heads if anyone looked in the window. Definately not worth the $140 I paid.and I will never stay at a Travellodge again. The shower was rusty and brown in the drain. The little piece of bar soap we got was about tbe size of a nickel up

Sad motel.

Check in was slow as older gentleman had to call another person that was hard to understand. Room was ok, no clock and bathtub was questionable. Went for breakfast about 8:30 and to our disappointment the only thing there was oatmeal packets and cold cereal with NO milk!! Breakfast was until 9:30. Sad...

We arrived and was directed to our room. In the back corner of the motel type place were rooms with the windows all ripped apart. Hanging ripped screens on most windows. We went into the room and found long hair in one bed and something black over the other bed. The bathroom was full of black mold. The door frame for the door had mold all over it too. The wall lamp had something wiped on it, like a handful of face cream.

I’m not a very picky person, but I could not bring myself to stay there. Room was dirty, there was garbage under the bed, sheets had what appeared to be multiple sex stains, the room looked nothing like the pictures and within spitting distance was a large razor wire fence of the neighboring correctional facility. I don’t feel that this establishment should have even been an option on Expedia. After booking (ahead of time) one room for two nights and another room for my friends for the following night, I feel like I got took. And because I’m not picky, I opted to not take the insurance through Expedia. So, to sum it up, what a miserable experience. Don’t make the same mistake I did.
