The toilet wasn’t connected right. The towels were like rags. I don’t think they had cleaned it in a long time . They couldn’t even put a fresh toilet paper roll on the dispenser. I guess you get what you pay for but they overcharged for what I got !!!!
The man who did my check in was very friendly. The room was kind of dark, especially in the bathroom and the fan did not work properly so everything was wet from the humidity. Also, could not regulate the water temperature properly. I love Red Wing but, I did not realize the hotel was next to the prision or I would not have booked here. Just me being paranoid.
The place was clean, but the sink water was dirty, and didn't work that well. The door was able to be opened by the wind.
This property was disappointing to say the least. Towels that should have been white were brown and dingy, very outdated and bathroom had a terrible odor that smelled like urine. Unsure how an establishment can be in business with these standards. Bedding was not pleasant, actually went and purchased some to be somewhat comfortable with the situation. Staff really didn’t seem to care about the fact they weren’t providing better accommodations.
I would not recommend this place it was not as I expected pulled up to our room and next door there tires stacked up by the door like people live there. Got into room no mop boards fresh paint splattered all over even on the sheets, gave us the creeps

Nothing was disgusting did not even stay night contacted you snd ofbitz was no help will never use you agsin wound ul paying 180$ at another hotel do i vould sledp in a clean hotel. Very disappointed.
older place looks like they are trying to update somethings but they didnt come in and clean or replace the towels and wash clothes during and the pool is closed witch they dont tell you when check in only found out when i went to go use it
Easy location to get downtown for shows and dinner, right along the main drag leading into Red Wing, but on a service road - so it was pretty quiet
Dump dump dump, for the money this place smells, old, unkept, continental breakfast is a joke go anywhere else.
Shower head was wired up.tub looked awful.Nerver stay there again.breakfast was terrible.
Pool area and hot tub were filthy Shower had mold in the chalking Toilet seat was barely secure to the toilet Mirror was falling off the wall Window sill had dead bugs in it Dust balls hanging from ceiling Advertised at right downtown when in fact its nearly 2 miles from the outside edge of the downtown area
The only pet-friendly hotel in Red Wing. We asked to see the room before we checked in and decided not to stay. It smelled poorly. Nice looking carpet and bedding, but it couldn't hide the old, cheap motel bones of the place. The host was kind and cancelled our reservation without any hassle.
Nothing like the pictures, and got a queen not a king bed.
It's just a room and that's all we needed. We will stay here again, just a little disappointing that the condition wasn't better for the price.
It was a place to lay our heads for one night. For the price, we weren't expecting much. The pool and hot tub were nice.
Where do I start let’s see the air conditioner didn’t work the remote for the tv was broke why they didn’t offer me a different room is beyond me Better question is why did they put us in that roo better question is why did they put me in that room?
