Staff was friendly and willing to help. Property itself was rundown. I had ground floor room (110) that had cracked window, inoperable door lock, bathroom light didn’t work. The odors in hall and room were foul. I could detect the scent of cleaning agents though. The cleaning staff did their job, room was clean but there is so much wear and tear on this property that no amount of cleaning will help. It needs a major renovation.

The property was old, tired, loud. It appeared to be in the midst of a renovation but was not. An old property that is in desperate need of updating!

Stayed on the main floor. Our rooms bathroom was very small, the door nearly hit the front of the toilet when opening. To get out of it was tricky. The hallway and room smelled musty, im assuming from the pool being on the main level, and most likely lack of proper ventilation. The Ac unit worked, although it was noisy and kept kicking on and off through the night. This is a place to stay if your a construction worker working on the road and need an inexpensive place to crash.

Old rundown but surprisingly clean and comfortable beds. Checked in everything was okay, went out for the evening, came back, couldn't get into our room, key card wouldn't work. Also had brought back hot food which was not hot anymore by the time we got into our room. Went to the front desk, which by the way is way at the front of the hotel, our room was way in the back in between a long Corridor and the pool area in the back building, attendant reprogrammed our keys, didn't work. Went back to the front desk and the attendant said she would be up in a minute with the master key to let us in the room. Attendant came up with the wrong keys had to go back across the whole hotel to get the right keys. We thought it might be the battery in the door so we went back to the front desk and got a new battery, actually ended up getting several and several more trips to the front desk and that didn't fix it. I am a smoker so I had to prop my door open if I wanted to go outside and smoke cuz I couldn't get back into my room for the rest of the night unless I want to walk all the way back to the front of the hotel to have the attendant let me in my room as the owner stated he would be in the morning to fix it. Also the toilet ran constantly it was so loud and ran so much that we ended up turning the water off, then back on when we needed to use it. Talked to the front desk at check out about the problems and they said sorry that's it!
