The stay was fine for what we were going for (one night rest before hitting the road the next day to head back to Florida). The family above us stomped around most of the night. We requested more towels but they could only give us 3 because they didn’t have any more clean. It was decent if you’re only staying a night or two but not for a lengthy amount of time.

The room didn't look anything like the pictures. They clerk blamed it on the website. That felt like a cop out. There aren't any little airstream trailers anymore and it's a completely different company. Very disappointed. Not charming at all. Just a rehabbed roadside motel. The TV only had free streaming channels. Not local or ESPN. Felt lazy to me. All in all, a mediocre experience. That said the room was clean and bright, but not what I paid for or expected.

I still had to pay for a stay that I didn’t even get to attend I payed for the safety packet which says I would receive a full refund then I waited days for them to try and contact the hotel just for them to say they couldn’t issue me a refund then never canceled the trip on their end so all the notifications for the stay kept popping up terrible experience and a waste of my money.
