Very enjoyable stay

The house was very comfortable & well equipped with a great wood fire. The views from the house were fantastic & it was a very short walk into town. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay.

An Awesome time in Queenstown

Our group of five loved our stay in Queenstown. The house was absolutely perfect for us. We cooked dinner one night and the kitchen and dining table worked out so well. Plus the views from the home are simply breathtaking. Also, the host was excellent and responsive to all communications.

Queenstown hilltop home

Lovely location but a challenging hill to walk to and from town. Clean and well maintained property. In the summer months it can be hot especially in the upper bedrooms as there is no air conditioning. Screens on windows would have helped. Really just four real bedrooms and then a room for baby crib. Great parking for two cars. Owners very helpful and accessible.

Disappointed that the home is advertised as 5 bedroom, it is 4 bedrooms and a small cot room. There was no extra linen or towels available if necessary and as it was for 7 nights that would have been nice. No hand body wash available which is standard in all homes and motels. No dish cloths or dish washing capsules for dishwasher. Lovely big home with Amazing views which is clearly what you pay for given the high price

Long weekend with the girls

Our group of six loved staying at Reid’s place. There was plenty of space for a quiet moment in your own room and also a lovely large lounge for being together. The views down the lake and across to the mountains were gorgeous. Access to the supermarket and town was easy and the walk up the hill to get home was Refreshing. Nice and close to the bus stops. Position, views, relaxing.

We enjoyed Reid’s home very much as the position was perfect and the views wonderful. The house is a great space for a group and suited most of us well. We had the master suite which was really good. The convenience of being able to walk to QT centre made our stay.

Fantastic House

What an amazing house to stay in. Everything you need has been thoughtfully provided. The house is beautifully presented and clean. So much space for a family of 8 adults to enjoy together and also to have privacy.I wouldn’t choose anywhere else now!

Great location with terrific view of Queenstown

Very nice property with plenty of space. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is fully stocked, and the family room is also very comfortable and big, will accomodate a big family! Also a great location for walking around town. We really enjoyed our stay in Queenstown!

Perfect location and wonderful views

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Eagle View in Queenstown Hill. The home was perfectly situated for all kinds of activities, and there was plenty of room for our family of seven. Our host, Reid, was an excellent communicator and very helpful. We truly look forward to the opportunity to stay again next year!

Eagles View Queenstown

A very aptly named property! The best views, a fabulous house and everything within easy reach. We had a fantastic family catch-up, with lovely communal areas, and excellent facilities for our 3 separate family groups. Thanks Reid, for everything. Hopefully, we'll be back again in the future!

Queenstown Beautiful little town.

Location was everything. We packed in lots of tourist activities. Seen a few other little places near Queenstown. Snow on the mountains were awsome. Over all we loved every thing about Queenstown

We had a great time here. There was plenty of room for two families (couple with two kids and a couple with one child) all adults. Location was great. Kitchen worked well for when we wanted to cook. And communication was good.

Friends NZ Trip Queenstown Last Stop

This was our second trip to Queenstown and our 4 friends' first trip. Love the area and all of the things that you can do there. The house has a really great location within short walking distance to town. You can view the lake and the gondola ride easily. It has a lot of bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and multiple decks and two sets of washers/driers. It is quiet with a great kitchen. The owner is very easy to communicate with. Inside some items in need of a refresh. One bedroom had 2 pillows but no pillowcases and pillows were stained. All beds had one pillow per person and not 2. Bedspread in our bedroom had a large hole in it. Light fixtures had not been cleaned in a long time as well as some shelves, etc. Bedding needed a refresh and possibly carpet. Seating area in living room very good. The owner has 2 pages of detailed instructions for everything - be sure to read all of the details - it's important. WiFi works well. Also know that the walk back to the house is up a steep incline.

View of a lifetime

Our family had an unforgettable experience staying at this property and it exceeded all of our expectations. Fantastic communication, views beyond belief, ideal location, great for a large family groups (8 adults, a toddler and an infant for us) all catered too including a large loving and kitchen equipped with everything we needed and more. Very thoughtful touches including guest amenities, well stocked pantry staples and use of laundry facilities and a dishwasher all made for a hassle free stay. The fire place including wood, a spa and large balcony areas with spectacular views made relaxing easy. Incredible restaurants, coffee, supermarkets and all you could need in the main city in easy walking distance. We made memories to last a lifetime and cannot recommend this property highly enough. Thank you Reid for your flawless hospitality.

Great views and excellent house

Was a great place, awesome views from many of the rooms and the balcony. With just a very short walk to town it’s makes it very easy to access everything. Everyone who stayed loved the place and enjoyed heaps.

Great location and views

While a quirky floor plan, we were impressed with the spaciousness of the property - there were different zones for everyone to relax in, and good common areas when everyone was together. The view and location were outstanding, and the new Weber BBQ was a dream to cook on and easy to clean. The entertainment value of watching people walk up the hill from the comfort of the balcony was pure gold, unless we were the ones trekking up it at the end of the day ☺️
