Can be confusing coming into a new city and figuring out logistics. Communicating with the Le Lofts staff was very helpful and they were very patient. Clean, comfortable room. Stairways are very narrow and steep so caution if you are older and possibly have larger suitcases with you. Try for lower level apartments if available. Nice view of the port from the 401 loft. Would be nice if there were a small set of drawers. AC and air circulation system is a bit confusing and instructions could be updated and clarified. Location is very good. Parking is convenient and very close lot. Overall very good experience.

Nice well kept apartment conveniently located with easy walking access to both the lower and upper areas of Old Quebec City. Plenty of restaurants close by, as well as a great coffee shop next door.

Loved the loft and the area. I would just suggest a bath mat to use in shower for elderly mom it was slippery and hooks for clothes on the bedroom walls since there were no closets or hangers. Kitchen is well equipped

Excellent stay

We had a wonderful time in QC! The location of the property was fantastic. We could walk everywhere we wanted to go. We loved that it was across the street from the marina, which has a fun bar to watch the sunset. Great prices on drinks, too! The only “wish list” was that the lofts had a balcony, since we like to sit outside. If you choose to stay there, don’t panic when you get to the location and there isn’t a sign. The keypad worked with the code and all was well. It was just a little nerve wracking when we first arrived. We rented a car for two days and we were able to park across the street, which was convenient. However, there isn’t a lot of spots and it appeared to fill up on Fri/ Sat. If you have streaming accounts, bring your passwords since they offer Netflix, Disney, Prime, Apple TV, etc. It’s convenient to coffee shops and restaurants within a two block radius. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable.

The location of this apartment is fabulous. It is very close to lower old town and stairs to the upper old town. Apartment was nice. The bathroom was clean and had a lot of extra towels. This apartment is missing closet so we had to use iron board to put our clothes as we don’t like to keep them in the suitcase. The living room is dark and no view (view of courtyard with garbage cans). Although overall looked clean, the floor needs extra work and underneath the sofa is dirty (accidentally discovered when we dropped something). The beds are very firm. The communication with the property was good. They let us leave luggage before 4 but you can’t use the place sooner even though it is ready. I suggest to price it a little lower or make few improvements.

Very spacious and clean room. But it would be great if they had a physical help desk for instant support. The hotel is located in a convenient place to visit all attractions of old Quebec City by walk, but the price is a bit high. Also the pillows felt a bit uncomfortable. Overall, it was worthy staying in the hotel.

Our loft was absolutely wonderful. It was obviously renovated with quality in a modern way while still preserving the old style (brick and stone walls). Exceptionally clean. The only thing I would suggest is to put hooks for clothes in the bedrooms (there was no place to put any clothes). Communication with the company was excellent - they responded immediately to any email or phone call. The location is great - just next to several restaurants and la basse ville. I would highly recommend this place to stay in Vieux Quebec!

What a wonderful stay we had at this property. Very walkable to Old Quebec City. Cafes and restaurants just outside your door! The unit has all the amenities required for a comfortable stay. As we were on a road trip the first thing we did was to do our laundry in the unit. Your own detergent is required. Parking was available across the street. If you are in P401 be aware there are steep stairs but well worth the climb.

Our stay was amazing! The location was perfect, as it was close to Old Québec, making it easy to explore the area. The place itself was very modern and clean, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. We would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area and would love to stay here again!

Loved our stay in this loft. It was perfect distance from most attractions, from restaurants and cafés. Easy parking 12$ for 24h. The loft was clean and loved the brick walls, was cozy and had everything we needed to cook. Bring your own cooking oil if you plan to cook.would definitely recommend.
