Great hotel

A really beautiful modern room with outstanding amenities. The bed was very comfortable, the towels were thick, the water was hot and plentiful and it was quiet. Would definitely stay here again when traveling thru.

I want to express my gratitude to the receptionist Melissa. I had a problem charging my iphone from my room and needed a new usb cable. She lent me hers to tide me over and then called around to stores nearby to check if they had the requisite cable in stock and then gave me precise instructions as to how to find the store. She then checked bus fares and routes to assist with my dinner plans. Her service was just phenomenal, especially taking into account that she was very busy when I checked in. She handled it all with acrobatic skill. I was super impressed and would definitely stay at this hotel again. My room was fine except for the bed. The mattress was uncomfortable; it felt like there was a steel beam running down the middle which made the bed uncomfortable to sleep in. But apart from that, the accommodation was fine.

This property is marketed as a high-quality hotel, but in reality, it is no more than a motel. The location is terrible—it’s in the middle of nowhere, surrounded by construction, and access by car is extremely difficult. Even without the roadwork, there’s construction directly behind the building, so the only views are of bridges and highways. The bonfire shown in the photos is actually right next to the road. The room itself was very disappointing: it reeked of cigarette smoke, had no proper lighting in the bedroom (so good luck finding anything in your luggage). The sink is awkwardly placed in the corridor, and the shower/toilet is extremely cramped. The “mini-fridge” is really mini and practically useless. I’ve stayed in at least 15 hotels in Quebec City, and this is by far the worst experience. Do not waste your money here.

First of all their was no water bottles in the room secondly, when we reach at hotel for check in we buy coupons for breakfast 37$ for 2 person but when we went to breakfast room they showed us where they write “S” it’s free in coupon and rest we have to pay and when we choose “S” item in breakfast they again charge us 32$ for that Which was so annoying Thirdly, telephone intercom in the room doesn’t work Our experience was so bad their We doesn’t saw this kind of service before in any hotel
