Our beautiful 3-bedroom condo at Terrazas Punta Mita boasts spacious and luxurious living spaces with breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean. Each bedroom is designed for comfort and style, with plush bedding and modern furnishings to ensure a great night's sleep.

The master suite and the second bedroom feature a king-sized bed and en-suite bathroom, providing a private retreat for guests. The third bedroom offer 2 comfortable individual-sized beds and a Queen size bed, and all bedrooms feature large windows that allow natural light to flow in and offer stunning views of the surrounding landscape.

The open-plan living and dining area is perfect for entertaining and relaxing, with comfortable seating and a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and everything you need to prepare meals. The large terrace offers a stunning outdoor space for dining, sunbathing or simply taking in the view.

Important Notice Regarding Beach Clubs

Beach club access is optional and only applies if guests choose to use the facilities.

We’re pleased to share that the property includes a Premier Membership, allowing our guests access to the resort’s exclusive beach clubs and common areas.

Access to these amenities is not included in the reservation price.
The approximate cost is $65 USD per adult and $40 USD per child per stay, paid directly to the club if guests wish to use the beach clubs.

These fees are established by Punta Mita Residents & Beach Clubs and apply to beach club and common area access.

Punta Mita Access & Amenities

To access Punta Mita, the beach clubs, and the included amenities, it is mandatory to complete an electronic registration form at least 72 hours prior to arrival. This process cannot be completed in printed format, as the Punta Mita system only accepts electronic submissions.

If the form is not completed at all, access to the condominium will be denied. If it is completed with short notice, access to the beach clubs may not be immediate, as card activation may take some time.

Golf Cart

The golf cart is not included with your reservation. However, your personal concierge, Diego, will be happy to assist you with reserving and coordinating a golf cart rental. If you would like one, it can be delivered and ready at the property prior to your arrival. This service has an additional cost.

Golf Cart Notice
The golf cart service is operated independently and is not under our administration. Any issue, delay, malfunction, or inconvenience related to the golf cart must be addressed directly with the provider, as we are not responsible for its operation or maintenance.

Please note that while Terrazas Punta Mita offers convenient access to several beach clubs within the development, the condominium itself is not beachfront. Some of the images in this listing are of the Punta Mita beach clubs, which guests may access through our membership, subject to the beach club access fee established by Punta Mita Residents & Beach Clubs.

That said, the beach clubs to which we offer access are among the most exclusive and impressive in the region, featuring pristine beaches, crystal-clear waters, and first-class services. All beach clubs are located within Punta Mita and are within close proximity to the condominium.

Our pricing structure ensures that the nightly rate remains the same for up to 4 guests. However, for each additional guest beyond the fourth, there will be a modest increase in the nightly rate.

Please note that only guests who are registered and paid for in the Airbnb reservation are permitted access to the condominium.

For the safety of all guests, we kindly ask that all guests provide identification prior to arrival. This is a mandatory requirement as part of the registration process to access the Punta Mita complex. It ensures that all visitors within Punta Mita are properly registered and accounted for.

We prioritize the well-being of our guests and believe in creating a safe environment for everyone. We are pleased to inform you that daily housekeeping service is included during your stay.

Our dedicated housekeeping team will ensure that your accommodation is kept clean, tidy, and refreshed daily. This complimentary service is provided to maintain a comfortable and pleasant environment during your visit.

Additional Amenities & Extra Costs:

Some amenities managed by the resort or by third parties may involve additional costs. This may include, but is not limited to: gym access, tennis courts, and minimum consumption requirements at certain beach clubs. Although we offer access through our premium membership, these facilities may apply additional charges according to their own policies.
