Hotel Riu Palace Las Americas - Adults Only- All Inclusive

"I have been there four times in 2 years and I’ve gotten to know some of the staff there. Very genuine and friendly and actually got two hugs when I checked in last week. They make you feel at home and it is genuine. Bianca, Ernesto, Paula were absolutely wonderful people and I look forward to going back there again. a major thing I liked about the amenities is that you do not have to make reservations in their restaurants. It makes going outside the hotel and coming back to lunch or supper much more flexible. All the staff I encountered whether they be Front desk, lounge, staff, bartenders they were all outstanding. I have stayed at other places in the Cancun area and I have to say this is my go to Place. It allows you to be whatever tourist you want to be with flexibility and of course the Isla Mujeres Ultramar ferry terminal is a five minute walk from the hotel. The only thing that was disappointing about the hotel would be the gym area is very disappointing. There is no view per se, and the equipment is old and needs to be updated badly. I would give the exercise area a three out of 10."
