I was expecting something along a highway. I was very pleased to find it was back away from the main streets that it was quiet, yet not so far as to be inconvenient. It was very clean and pleasing to the eye and the senses. They were very good with my dog and the room did not seem like it was sublevel as so many pet rooms do.
