The hotel is very quaint and well taken care of. And the staff, I have nothing but great things to say about them. The ones work at the front desk, Coby, Will, and Olivia, were very attentive and kind, and gave us all the information we asked for. I will definitely be staying there again.

Everything we hoped for…

My wife and I loved our stay at the Hotel McCoy while our daughter attended orientation. The hotel offered lots of little extras and strived to provide an excellent experience, which they accomplished. Great location too! For return trips, we will hence forth always start with seeing if there is vacancy at the McCoy.

The staff was so kind and welcoming. They went above and beyond to attend to my service dog and me. My dog had appointments at the WSU Vet Teaching Hospital. They treated us like good friends, not just paying guests. I can’t say enough about how cute and comfortable the room and property was.

Fun environment - would stay again!

We really loved the vintage theme. The remodel on this old simple, and modern. The outside spaces are fun, we enjoyed playing foosball and a glass of wine on the patio. The check in and evening staff person was super friendly, the morning person (maybe manager) was a little less friendly, not bad - just obviously focused on computer work and not as personable.

We loved this place and would definitely stay again if in the Pullman area. The Nintendo was a huge hit. The outdoor games were so fun. Rooms were comfy and roomy. Loved every aspect.
